Extra long pants with 36” inseam
These pants are seriously amazing. They are so comfy and they look really sharp and stylish, almost like fancy dress pants. What really makes them stand out is that you can get different lengths when you order. I always have trouble finding pants that are long enough, so I was thrilled to be able to order the super long 36-inch inseam size. But when they ended up being a little too long, Ninepine quickly sent me the extra long 34-inch inseam size with no problem. I can't stop wearing them, they are just so awesome.

Large ill-fitting socks
The socks I bought ended up being way bigger than what the size chart said. I tried getting a smaller pair but they still didn't fit right. Plus, it took forever to get both deliveries. When I reached out to customer service about the sizing problem, they weren't helpful at all. My whole experience with this company was really terrible, so I'd recommend staying away from them.

Nose and Septum Pierce Replacement Parts
The customer service at this store really dropped the ball. I was trying to find some specific replacement parts for my nose and septum piercings, and thought I hit the jackpot with them having the size I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. Even though I got a heads-up email about my preferred size being out of stock, I picked another option. When my order arrived, everything looked great at first glance - well-packaged and easy to find. But when I took a closer look, I realized most of the parts were poorly made. The openings were way too small for the gauge they were supposed to fit, so I couldn't even use them. It was frustrating to see such shoddy craftsmanship that wasted my time and money. I chose to take the hit so I could warn others about the low quality of these items.

LED Panels
Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience using the LED panels. Gotta say, the panels themselves are amazing. They not only look great with their unique design and cool functionality, but they also provide awesome lighting for any space. However, dealing with the company has been a bit of a letdown. I've had to get the controllers replaced multiple times right after buying them, which has been super annoying and definitely affected how much I enjoy the product. Live lobsters for anniversary celebration
I recently bought two live lobsters from this company to celebrate my wedding anniversary. When the package came and I opened it, I was so disappointed because both lobsters were dead on arrival. I didn't lose hope and quickly emailed the company with pictures. But their response was disappointing too, they wanted more photos and didn't believe me. Even though I tried to show them more proof, they didn't keep their promise and I ended up with $149.00 worth of dead lobsters. It was a big disappointment, and I felt like they scammed me because of their bad customer service and lack of integrity.
