Scam dating website
I signed up for this dating site and man, it was a complete scam. So many of the profiles were fake, and the ones that seemed legit turned out to be scammers trying to hustle me for cash. I tried reporting them with proof, but the site didn't do squat to help out. Plus, they wouldn't cough up a refund when I requested one. What a rip-off, save your cash and stay far away from that place!

International order issue
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years. Had no issues until March 2019, when I ran into a big problem with an international order. Customs needed more info, so they sent it back. I tried contacting Vitamin World from overseas, but their toll-free numbers were a pain. Once I got to the States, I finally talked to someone. They gave me a claim number promising a refund of $131.97 plus shipping. But guess what? I never got the refund. They also never got back to me about the claim. Super disappointed with Vitamin World's lack of follow-up and communication on this.

Tactical gear purchase
As a guy who's into tactical gear, let me just say that the service at this store was top-notch. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. But, I gotta be honest, I was kind of bummed out when I saw that a lot of stuff was sold out. It would be awesome if they had a bigger selection to cover all kinds of needs. And it wouldn't hurt to have different body types represented in the clothing section so people can see what's out there. Don't get me wrong, the service was awesome, but they could step up their game when it comes to the product range.

Hemp oil and olive oil
I have to admit, I was unsure about trying out these natural products at first, but I am so glad I did! The hemp oil has been a game-changer for my anxiety, and the olive oil adds such a great flavor to my cooking. It seems like my overall health has gotten a boost ever since I started using these products every day.

Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes online but had to wait a long time for them to come. The website said they'd ship from LA the next day, but it actually took 17 whole days to get to me. It was pretty annoying and disappointing, especially since I got them on sale as a gift. I think SHIEKH needs to do better at getting their sale items out the door quicker so customers can get them faster.

Sun glasses
I was excited to receive my order almost a month ago, however I did not receive all of the glasses I paid for. I reached out to their customer service and was told they would rectify the situation. Unfortunately since my initial contact with them i have heard nothing nor received any kind of compensation or solution to the issue with the wrong order of glasses with this company. For that reason of being ignored for a mistake that the company made, I would no longer support this business

This company is horrible and I believe they are scammers. I purchased 4 pairs of sunglasses on July 12th and paid extra for expedited shipping. On their website, it states that orders will be shipped within 24-48hrs via USPS and tracking info will be provided. Unfortunately, I never received my order or tracking. Website is very misleading. The Shipping Policy is a fraud. Today makes 2 weeks that I still haven't received my order. I contacted the merchant thru chat on their website and they never responded. Then I contacted them on their Instagram page and finally they responded and asked me for my order number. They waited til the next day July 17th to stated that my order will be shipped over the weekend. Still, no tracking info and nothing was moving. I contacted them again on July 19th online and they asked me for my order number then never responded. I had to contact them again on Instagram and they never responded. Then on July 20th, I contacted them again via website and and they emailed me saying there was a delay in shipping and my order will be shipped via overnight which was a lie. Still, no tracking given to me. Then I messaged them again on Instagram on July 20th and then they decide to tell me all communications go thru email. This company is straight up fraud. The so called owner finally decides to email me mind you from the same company email and stated that they were just made aware of what's going on and they will fix it. Before they sent that, I had to email them the whole story which they should have be aware of what's going on. Then they asked if I wanted a refund and I told them to cancel my order and I wanted my refund. It's been a week since I talked to them, still no order and still no cancelation and no refund. They also blocked me from their instagram page. Please stay away from this company. This company is a scam and I have reported them to the BBB. The website is very misleading, their online chat, email and instagram page all gave misinformation. Stay away from this company!

Door
They send me damage door and I refused to receive it and shipped it back.
This company took 6 month to REPAIR and send it back.
It was very difficult to reach to customer service and They didn’t follow up with status of door.I could not figure out when

Today FINALLY shipping company R & L Carriers shipped my door. My nanny was outside and She sign without knowing anything. Driver didn’t ask her name or who she is, I heard door is coming down and went out and asked to driver if we can check door condition, Driver said “NO”. BECAUSE MY nanny sign the paper He doesn’t want to check the door condition with me. I have to open wood box with nail on it and He can only wait 5 min. And I said I will bring my husband from home bc I cant open this wood box. And driver got in car and left without saying anything.
I strongly suggest they need to change shipping company.
I never had this horrible experience ordering something.
And This company doesn’t install the door or even help you to put inside of your home.
They leave huge door on the street in front of your house.
