Diamond art paintings
I'm a single mom of five boys and work as a resident assistant at a nursing home. To unwind and deal with my anxiety, I love doing diamond art paintings. I got my order from your online store recently and I gotta say, I love the quality and design, but I wish they were bigger. Still, I really love making these beautiful artworks and will definitely buy more when I have the cash. International order issue
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years. Had no issues until March 2019, when I ran into a big problem with an international order. Customs needed more info, so they sent it back. I tried contacting Vitamin World from overseas, but their toll-free numbers were a pain. Once I got to the States, I finally talked to someone. They gave me a claim number promising a refund of $131.97 plus shipping. But guess what? I never got the refund. They also never got back to me about the claim. Super disappointed with Vitamin World's lack of follow-up and communication on this.

Tactical gear purchase
As a guy who's into tactical gear, let me just say that the service at this store was top-notch. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. But, I gotta be honest, I was kind of bummed out when I saw that a lot of stuff was sold out. It would be awesome if they had a bigger selection to cover all kinds of needs. And it wouldn't hurt to have different body types represented in the clothing section so people can see what's out there. Don't get me wrong, the service was awesome, but they could step up their game when it comes to the product range.

Navy blue parka less than a year ago
I bought this navy blue parka less than a year ago, and I'm not happy with the quality of the material. The color has already faded under the arms, which is disappointing because my other jackets haven't had this problem. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty, but they said it's natural for the color to fade. There are white dots where the blue has completely disappeared, which really stands out from how the jacket looked originally. I wish I could show you pictures of the jacket to really get across how bad it is. I thought the design and quality were good at first, but now I'm just feeling let down and unsatisfied.

Hemp oil and olive oil
I have to admit, I was unsure about trying out these natural products at first, but I am so glad I did! The hemp oil has been a game-changer for my anxiety, and the olive oil adds such a great flavor to my cooking. It seems like my overall health has gotten a boost ever since I started using these products every day.

Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes online but had to wait a long time for them to come. The website said they'd ship from LA the next day, but it actually took 17 whole days to get to me. It was pretty annoying and disappointing, especially since I got them on sale as a gift. I think SHIEKH needs to do better at getting their sale items out the door quicker so customers can get them faster.

Door
They send me damage door and I refused to receive it and shipped it back.
This company took 6 month to REPAIR and send it back.
It was very difficult to reach to customer service and They didn’t follow up with status of door.I could not figure out when
I am getting my door.
Today FINALLY shipping company R & L Carriers shipped my door. My nanny was outside and She sign without knowing anything. Driver didn’t ask her name or who she is, I heard door is coming down and went out and asked to driver if we can check door condition, Driver said “NO”. BECAUSE MY nanny sign the paper He doesn’t want to check the door condition with me. I have to open wood box with nail on it and He can only wait 5 min. And I said I will bring my husband from home bc I cant open this wood box. And driver got in car and left without saying anything.
I strongly suggest they need to change shipping company.
I never had this horrible experience ordering something.
And This company doesn’t install the door or even help you to put inside of your home.
They leave huge door on the street in front of your house.
