Quality bedding set
I bought a bedding set from this company, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. When I returned it, the whole process was a nightmare. They first tried to not give me my money back and instead offered me a gift card. But when I called them out on it, they said they had no record of my refund request. They then blamed PayPal for the problem, even though PayPal had no info about it. It was really frustrating and I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

Topsider shoes
I recently bought a pair of topsider shoes, and man, was I bummed out by the quality. Seriously, after wearing them just one time, the inner soles started peeling away. Like c'mon, that's not cool especially for a brand that's all about quality. I tried reaching out to the company, but they were totally dismissive and refused to own up to the fact that their product was faulty. It's frustrating, you know? Spending your money on something that falls apart right away and then getting such lousy customer service? Not cool at all.
