Re-subscription issue
I recently tried to subscribe to the cinema again after cancelling because of money issues. It was a hassle though, since you have to call customer service to get it going and they didn't explain that upfront. When I did get a hold of them, I found out they went ahead and charged my card without asking to restart my subscription. That really upset me because it felt like a breach of trust. The manager I talked to didn't handle things well either - they didn't say sorry for the charge and wouldn't let me talk to someone else about it. The way they dealt with this and the bad customer service made me decide to cancel my subscription and not support them anymore.
Ticket purchase for 10 people
My recent trip to the theater was a total bummer. I bought tickets for me and 9 other people, including my family members who are in town from the navy. When my 16-year-old family member, who was late from cheer practice, tried to join us, they were denied entry even though the theater was basically empty. The staff showed no understanding or care, and it really made the whole night a disaster. It was a letdown for all of us, and especially for the 16-year-old who felt left out and alone. We had to take her home without seeing the movie we were excited for. To top it off, the server even marked our ticket with an upside-down cross, which felt like an insult. We're good people who deserve respect, and the way we were treated was not okay. We won't be going back to that theater, and we'll definitely be warning others about our bad experience.
Denied entry for being under 18
So, me and my buddy tried to hit up this spot to catch a flick, you know? We were stoked to hang out together. But guess what? They wouldn't let us in because we're both under 18 and didn't have a grown-up with us. We even had our tickets ready, but they just sent us packing without giving us our money back. Their excuse was that there's a bar there, but seriously, places like AMC don't care about age. It's totally messed up and not cool to treat younger folks like this. I was so ticked off by the whole thing, I don't plan on going back there anytime soon, that's for sure.
Movie ticket
My time at the movie theater was really disappointing. It was super crowded and it seemed like there weren't enough workers around. The silverware and cups were pretty dirty, with rust and old food stuck on them. And the food I got was hardly ever warm - sometimes even cold! One time, my fries were freezing but my burger was piping hot. The quality of the food was all over the place, with some undercooked chicken tenders thrown in. They even charged me for stuff I never got. The workers didn't seem to take breaks because there weren't enough of them, which meant the service was bad. Some people, including me, got sick from the food. And to top it off, there were rumors about the managers being racist and assuming stuff about customers of color. All in all, not the best experience at the cinema.

So all parcels delivered on time as always One and half years is quite good time to valuate a companies operation standard.
