I reached out to Julia for help with my subscription issues, and she was awesome! She was so good at explaining things and solving the problems, and she stuck with me until everything was sorted out to my liking. I'm super grateful for her ongoing support. I just had a question and got back a really helpful response that was quick. The language learning app I’m using has a great pace and style that makes it fun and helps me remember new stuff. In general, I think the app is awesome and totally suggest it for anyone who wants to learn Japanese.

Busuu is a really good language learning app. I think it's awesome that you can talk with native speakers right away - it's helpful! The lessons are fun and help you stay interested while learning. But, I do wish some of the stuff they teach could be explained more so it's easier to grasp.
