Efficient customer service
I ran into a problem when I was trying to add another device to my subscription, but the customer service team took care of it right away and made it super easy. They were quick and really nice about it, which I thought was awesome. It's not every day you get service like that, so shoutout to them for doing such a great job!
Helpful customer response team
I'm not great with technology, so when I needed help, I contacted customer service. They were awesome! They responded quickly, gave me clear instructions that fit my specific issue (not the generic ones that don't do any good), and followed up to make sure everything was fixed. I really like this program and the support team!
Excellent customer support
I was really impressed with the amazing support I got from the team at this company. I had a problem that needed some back and forth talk, and they were super patient and helpful the whole time. They not only fixed the original issue I had, but they also went out of their way to help me with something else that had nothing to do with their product. The team showed such dedication and professionalism, it was really outstanding. I definitely recommend this company for their exceptional customer support.
CleanMyMac Subscription
So, I was having some trouble with my Mac, so I thought I'd give CleanMyMac a shot. The response to my first email was solid, and we were able to team up to tackle the issue. The customer service rep really went above and beyond to assist me, and I was truly grateful for that. It definitely made the whole situation a whole lot smoother.
Double subscription mistake
I accidentally signed up for CleanMyMac twice, so I ended up paying double for a while before I caught my mistake. When I reached out to the company about it, they quickly canceled one of my subscriptions, gave me a refund for the extra payment, and even threw in some extra credit for the time I was double-charged. The whole thing went really smoothly and showed me that they not only have a great product, but also provide top-notch service.
Deep Clean
Got ripped off by the app store, but CleanMyMac really came through for me. Their customer service was amazing - Matheus seriously saved the day by cleaning up my Mac and getting it running smoothly again. I highly recommend their service.
Subscription mix-up, Customer Service, Product quality
I had a little problem with my subscriptions where I accidentally bought two that were set to renew automatically. But, the customer service folks were awesome and refunded one of them right away. Also, I just wanted to say how great the product itself is.
Helper app issue resolved swiftly and professionally
The team over at this company really came through for me when I was having trouble with a tool that was stopping me from getting past log in screens. They were super quick, really professional, and just top-notch in my opinion. I can't thank them enough for helping me out so efficiently. Grateful is an understatement!

Just got a new Macbook Pro and needed help transferring a program from my old laptop. Had a chat with a support agent named Julie (I think) and she quickly gave me the solution I was looking for. The support was fast, efficient, and super helpful. Really good experience!
Unwanted double subscription
I just don't get why they would purposely make people subscribe twice, trying to pull one over on us to keep us paying for longer? It just seems really sketchy to me. I didn't even know I was charged twice until I saw my card statement, which is definitely worrying. But I do have to admit, the customer service team was quick to cancel both subscriptions once I got in touch with them. It's just annoying that I had to deal with this in the first place. The service was decent, and I might have used it again if it wasn't for this shady move.
Clearing Mac Issues
I was dealing with some annoying problems on my Mac for a bit, so I did some digging and ended up buying a cleaning software to help fix them. I found this product and figured I’d give it a shot. I have to say, I was really impressed by how well it cleaned out all the junk files and made my system run better. The interface was simple, and I saw a big difference in my Mac's performance after using the software. I’d definitely suggest this to anyone going through the same Mac troubles.
