System cleaner software
I bought this system cleaner software that worked really well and was super easy to use. It had a bunch of tools to help clear up space, speed up memory, find any viruses, and show how much energy my computer was using. I was amazed at how fast my computer ran after using it. And let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! The reps knew their stuff, they were helpful, and they were really patient with all my questions and worries.
Responsive team
I ran into a problem but the team was able to help me out right away. They provided excellent customer service and the product is really good.

I recently bought a Mac cleanup tool that was just awesome. It made it super easy for me to clear out all those extra files and make my Mac run even better. I was seriously impressed by how smoothly it cleaned everything up without any hiccups.

I ran into a problem when I was trying to add another device to my subscription, but the customer service team took care of it right away and made it super easy. They were quick and really nice about it, which I thought was awesome. It's not every day you get service like that, so shoutout to them for doing such a great job!

I'm not great with technology, so when I needed help, I contacted customer service. They were awesome! They responded quickly, gave me clear instructions that fit my specific issue (not the generic ones that don't do any good), and followed up to make sure everything was fixed. I really like this program and the support team!

Additional account creation
I had to make a new account because my old one wasn't working right when I tried to add a new device. It was a hassle, so I just made a whole new account. Hopefully, when it's time to renew, customer service can help me combine the two accounts. I'm not great with technology, so I really need help from actual people. It's not always easy to get, though. But I've been using this product for a long time and I'm sticking with it.
CleanMyMac Subscription
So, I was having some trouble with my Mac, so I thought I'd give CleanMyMac a shot. The response to my first email was solid, and we were able to team up to tackle the issue. The customer service rep really went above and beyond to assist me, and I was truly grateful for that. It definitely made the whole situation a whole lot smoother.
Double subscription mistake
I accidentally signed up for CleanMyMac twice, so I ended up paying double for a while before I caught my mistake. When I reached out to the company about it, they quickly canceled one of my subscriptions, gave me a refund for the extra payment, and even threw in some extra credit for the time I was double-charged. The whole thing went really smoothly and showed me that they not only have a great product, but also provide top-notch service.
Deep Clean
Got ripped off by the app store, but CleanMyMac really came through for me. Their customer service was amazing - Matheus seriously saved the day by cleaning up my Mac and getting it running smoothly again. I highly recommend their service.

I had a little problem with my subscriptions where I accidentally bought two that were set to renew automatically. But, the customer service folks were awesome and refunded one of them right away. Also, I just wanted to say how great the product itself is.
