Car Hire
eDREAMS is a misleading website where they offer car rentals. We rented a car and purchased car insurance as well. Only to learn at the car rental desk we need 2nd car insurance that costs 2.5 times the cost of the original price of the car rental and car insurance with no option to cancel or refound. The pricing on the website is set up to scam you. It would be nice to know the total price in advance. AVOID eDREAMS at all costs.

I bought tickets to Italy and contracted an Insurance with them, and due covid I wasn't able to flight. I cancelled 3 weeks before and THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. I called 100 of times and I didn't received any feedback

eDreams did not ask for a refund as soon as it was needed, making me lose 90 euros that they will never refund me.
Don't use eDreams, and before you do: look at their Twitter and see what I mean.Car rental in Turkey
For American turist i strongly advise you not to use this service because they will not refund you money if the Turkish services are unable to complete you reservation they will cancel but will not get your mony back EVER!
For U.S credit cards i never use pin unless to get cash from ATM, in Turkey it is extremely complicated,the ask for your pin-number in order to give you the car. The bizarre thing is i paid already with my credit card but when they used again but said they still need a pin number but thier system did not ask for pin again i was confused. I called my bank and they told me that there is no issue with my bank and there are 2 different charges. PLEASE DO NOT USE THISE SCAM LIKE AGENCY.Flights from China to Thailand
Travelling to the SE Asia from USA. I purchased flight tickets from Xian to Bangkok and another from Phuket to Shanghai. A big factor in making the decision to book was the "Cancel for any reason Guarantee"...even up to the flight day itself. Along comes coronavirus and not wanting to die it seemed a good reason for cancellation. BUT not to EDreams. Suddenly the "Guarantee" means nothing and the advice for both flights is call the airlines in China and have a chat with them. SERIOUSLY!! I will have to wait until 9pm EST to try the call and see where I get. Not optimistic on communications and any kind of refund. I will not book with this company again and urge everyone to think twice.
Flt from Montreal - Puerto Vallarta return
Purchased tickets online for Feb 2020 trip. Experience of purchasing tickets was good overall except for the following:
-Experienced unforecasted / unjustified mild bump in price just before completing transaction (hence final $ not as advertised).
-Edreams claim that buying checked luggage (cl) through them saves you up to 50% off airline (cl) cost. Not true...it cost me $10 more per checked baggage thru them.
-The ticket airline reference code they provided me was total bogus and had me very worried (SCAM legitimately entered my mind) until I got that sorted directly with the airline.
-Trying to contact customer service or leave feedback (constructive) with them to make them aware of these shortcomings
was impossible.
All that to say that while my overall experience was adequate du mainly to low price I paid, the points outlined above did negatively taint my initially very positive view of this company. Meaning, not sure I would rely on them again....TBD...proceed at your own risk.Best way to book travel tickets and hotels
I don't do travel packages or tour companies. It all get too much fancy for me, like things to be simple as it can be.
This platform suits me the best.
Easy to buy, affordable flight options, better rates, broader options
can also book for hotels as well.
