I just booked my flights on this amazing website, and they gave me a whole bunch of choices to pick from. I found the perfect flights for my trip, and I couldn't be happier.

Totally unreliable..
I booked my family tickets with eDreams and due to covid reason we couldn't travel. As per airlines covid cancelation and refund policy I provide them all evidence and positive reports of travellers but still I didn't get my refund amount. They refund me one ticket only and another one showing on same stage of process from last two years. Thy have no genuine contact n by app we can process a request but thy r not replying anything. Hopefully I was waiting for my refund n messaged thm but not any single positive response from thr side yet. Totally unreliable as per my experience.Accidentally booked flight, didn't take it
I made a mistake and booked a flight through this website, but I couldn't actually take it. Then, I had to call because I saw a membership charge on my credit card that I didn't remember signing up for. The person I talked to on the phone was super friendly and helped me cancel the membership, which was great. I would definitely recommend this place to my family.
Refund issue
This is the regarding refund issue of eDreams accommodations confirmation number: 9007112383568.
In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) from shared an email with me saying that didn't find my hotel booking reference number.
After 2 weeks, I got response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference number and escalated to account department.
Later few days, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out Booking.com for my refund. They provided me Booking.com contact no +1 857-702-4004 in the email to get my refund.
As per Mohammed suggestions, I called to Booking.com. They said we don't have such booking details and partners with eDreams.
Then I called to 63492443 eDream Customer Support, one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared weird statement saying that they don't have such booking reference number.
She transferred my call to another department, that said refund already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't receive refund so far.
Pathetic customer service from eDreams.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by EDreams. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me feeling frustrated, ignored, and taken advantage of.
From the very beginning, it was evident that EDreams' primary focus is on maximizing profits rather than genuinely caring for their customers. Despite purchasing trip insurance and free cancellation options, I found myself trapped in a never-ending loop of unhelpful responses and copy-and-paste policy statements. It became clear that their customer service representatives lacked the empathy and willingness to address my concerns.
What truly appalled me was the complete lack of respect shown towards customers. Rather than listening to my specific circumstances and working towards a fair resolution, EDreams seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility and avoiding any form of accountability. It is disheartening to see a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction instead prioritize their own financial gain.
As if that wasn't enough, when I mentioned booking through EDreams and having insurance with them, it appeared as though my email was not thoroughly read or understood. This level of negligence further highlights the lack of care and attention given to customers.
Furthermore, when I expressed my desire to speak with a supervisor to escalate the matter and seek a resolution beyond the capabilities of the customer service representative, my request was met with resistance. It is unacceptable for a company to hinder customers from accessing higher levels of support when faced with such distressing situations.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using EDreams for any travel bookings. Their lack of customer care, profit-driven approach, and disregard for individual circumstances make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company. I sincerely hope that they take this review as an opportunity to reflect on their practices and make significant improvements in order to provide better service to their customers.

eDreams LIES AND STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS.
eDreams does not want to refund 2 flight tickets with Lion Air that I bought through them , arguing that they are not refundable and this is a big lay. I have 13 print screens and emails that Lion Air sent to me proving that my airflight tickets are refundable.Airline Reservation
eDreams is the biggest crook in the travel business with which I have had the misfortune of becoming involved! Don't put any faith in their website policies because they do not follow them. Their stated policy is to fully refund airline reservations within 24 hours, however they charged me $54.54 for a cancellation made within minutes of the reservation. The airline refunded the fare the same day it was made and it took weeks for eDreams to refund that fare to me and only after numerous phone calls and emails. They are a foreign (non-US) provider and not, therefore generally, bound to US law. If they sucker you into the Prime offer, you will only be able to cancel with dozens of calls and emails before additional charges show up on our credit card. This was a very disappointing experience and I hope I save you from the same.

Be careful not trustworthy website, it will charge you after purchasing as a prime member which I never sign up for prime member they charged for $59.99 Prime membership that I never requested or signed up for. Unable to cancel subscription either through the website or android app.

In February 2022 I purchased 4 tickets for $ 1403.80 to travel from Copenhagen to Colombo. The Airline cancelled the flights, so I asked eDreams to cancel my booking and refund the money. The first point of eDreams Customer Service is a Chatbot that is extremely frustrating, where you don't get answers to your questions and puts you on a closed loop where you go round and round. Once you figure out how to actually call a Customer Service agent (in one case I had to wait on hold for 5+ hours to speak with someone), they are extremely unhelpful. They have a standard company line assuring that the issue will be taken care of in 72 hours, and then - nothing happens! After many attempts and waiting for more than a year since I asked for the cancellation and refund, in March 2023 I finally received a refund of only $ 372.28 and not the full amount ($ 1403.80). What a scam! This company should be blacklisted and banned from operation. I would never, ever use eDreams again. If there was a negative customer rating, I would give it that without any hesitation.

Very poor service. I booked the ticket and cancelled, ticket status was showing "waiting for Airlines refund", we waited for more than nine months. I did not receive my money back till date. When I called customer care, they can't issue money back. Booking status is still not changed.

Attention Fraud! edreams confirmed my flight, but when I was at the airport to check in the airline told me, there is no reservation for me. the customer support took its time to confirm that they missinformed me and immediately started the process of reimbursement (money didn´t arrive yet).
Which didn´t help, as they also informed me, the money will arrive in about 2 weeks and there is no further support for extra costs like the last minute ticket for the next day, accomodation, taxi...but ironicly they told me about the option to book a hotel via e-dreams (costs completly on my side).

No. You may need customer service and they THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER to reach them. The entire interface is through a lengthy and frustrating messaging interface of multiple questions and challenges. You will need to successfully navigate this every time you need to reach them, and for your patience you’ll be rewarded with dismal “call center” level of customer “assistance”.
Additionally, their "Cancel for Any Reason Trip Guarantee" is a SCAM. I contacted eDreams shortly before my trip to inquire about cancelling due to illness and was advised that I could cancel my trip up to 24 hours before departure time.
I waited until 25 hours before departure and was still sick so l phoned eDreams to cancel. They told me I missed the cutoff to claim the Guarantee because they are located in a DIFFERENT TIME ZONE!

I called Edreams in December of 2022 and requested two seat upgrades to Business class on a flight to Bora Bora. Also they over charged me for the two seats to begin with, without saying anything. They said they would contact the airline and get the upgrade. The following day they charged my debit card over $2,000 for the upgrade. I called to get the seat numbers then they said the seats were not available. I asked for a refund and after a month refuned us for the over charge for the tickets but did not refund me for the business class seats. They refuse to answer any emails, they think because they are in Spain they are safe to rip you off. Stay Away from this company.

eDreams failed website cost me $400
I attempted to buy tickets from their website multiple times, using my bank's app to authorize payment. Every time (about 5 attempts) the eDreams website told me "transaction failed". So I bought the tickets elsewhere. After that eDreams sent me a confirmation that the purchase DID go through. Now they won't refund money - in fact, they say they can only charge money they can't refund it. Company is a scam, stay away!Airline tickets
I recently booked a last minute ticket for air flights to attend my father's funeral. I paid 4 times as much as I normally pay but got good connections thru Edreams. Raced to the airport only to find that my flight had been cancelled due to low bookings. Not the fault of Edreams, I understand. But there I am at the airport, trying to get to a funeral, and they offer nothing. No alternatives, no other flights or anything. After several frustrating hours in between contacting family to change/hold funeral arrangements, Edreams finally conceeded that they could do nothing for me and offered me a refund less a substantial cancellation fee. Huh? I didn't cancel, I wanted to be on my way. They were unable to deliver on the flights they sold and I already paid for, and I need to pay a fee? Talked to supervisor(s) and finally, a week or so later, got Edreams to agree to a full refund which took over a week to show on my credit card. I am aware that travel has changes (weather, delays, etc) which no one can control. But, with good customer service, usually alternatives can be found which are workable. In this case, Edreams offered nothing, no ideas, no different airlines or flights, no later rebooking...nada. And I had to fight to get my money back. The story has a somewhat happy ending - my nephew knows an airline pilot who got me standby tickets on several flights and I got to the funeral after all, with 20 minutes to spare and it was $1400 less. My point in telling this is that the seats were actually available, just that EDreams could not get them for me and someone different could, at far less money. I would never book Edreams again, no matter what low price they dangle.

The worst travel company that I had to deal with! A scam! Lack of transparency, of reliable information, of professionalism and a lot of lying.
I had to change my departure date in September and although I paid luggage on my initial booking they did not added the information to my updated reservation. I contacted customer service several time during 3 weeks before my departure on this matter because they weren't able to figure out how to solve this issue and kept delaying. One day prior the departure I have been promised that the issue is solved and they reassured me that they communicated the info to the airline. It was a lie. Once at the airport, the airline was seeing not luggage paid on my reservation, so I had to pay it again.
I am trying to change the date for my return flight to US flight, it's been 10 days. I first contacted them through chat on Dec 27. Kept telling me that someone will contact me within 72h. When nobody did, I wrote back. They told me to take this directly with the airline, knowing that this was not the solution, but just to get rid of me. Contacted the airline, which of course sent me back to them. It took them 8 days to call me to change my return flight. When I asked why they called me so late, I have been told that the airlines don't work during holydays! Which is outrageously untrue! 8 days during which the prices kept climbing. The call was unprofessional and I have been offered zero transparency on how they set the prices that they asked me to pay. It was a take it or leave it situation. When I asked for other dates prices the agent kept repeating that this is the best price and I either want it or not. I chose not to change the ticket on Jan 3 when they called due unexpected high fees and some financial limitation. I reached back to them by phone on Jan 4th because I am forced to make the change due to health issues. Waited 15 min to be connected to someone. Gave all the information, the dates that I am looking at for the flight back just to be told that someone will get back with me in 3 days! I have been told told that they contacted me one day before but since I didn't take their offer I need to wait for someone to get back to me in 72h. Basically I am being punished because I refused to buy the ticket they proposed. I have no words to describe how powerless and frustrated I feel. I am at the mercy of an incompetent and dishonest group of customer service people which each time refuses to transfer me to someone higher who could solve my problems. Their managers are always busy and can't talk to me! I never felt so bullied, lied, robbed and ignored by a service provider in my life.
I will do everything I can so this doesn't happen to other people anymore.

Dishonest, Do not disclose service charge, hard to get customer service agents & when you get one they promise to take care of you request & don't keep the promise. I requested invoice for a confirmed flight 3 times & got 3 times an invoice for a different flight
Car rental
Complete scammers. They did not refund my money even when the car rental company didn't give me a car because my driver's license was not an out-of-state driver's license. You'd have to read everything in the terms before proceeding. Don't rent cars with these scammers.
Car Hire
eDREAMS is a misleading website where they offer car rentals. We rented a car and purchased car insurance as well. Only to learn at the car rental desk we need 2nd car insurance that costs 2.5 times the cost of the original price of the car rental and car insurance with no option to cancel or refound. The pricing on the website is set up to scam you. It would be nice to know the total price in advance. AVOID eDREAMS at all costs.
