    I love the ski jacket and pants I got from Backcountry, they're seriously top-notch! The material is super durable, waterproof, and kept me nice and toasty while I was skiing in freezing temps. And can we talk about the fit? Absolutely perfect! The design is so detailed, I really appreciate the craftsmanship. Ordering was a breeze, and I got my stuff just a few days after ordering. The pricing was fair, and I definitely feel like I got bang for my buck. All in all, I'm beyond happy with my Backcountry purchase.

    Recent train ticket purchase

    Even though my train to London got canceled, I gotta give props to Trainline. They usually come through for me. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how fast the train company processed a refund for half the ticket price. Their notifications and updates about delays and cancellations are spot on. And can we talk about the great deal I got on the ticket to Coleshill Parkway? That price was unbeatable, especially since I booked it in advance.

    Big Y 700 DNA Test

    I recently bought the Big Y 700 DNA Test from this company, and I have a few concerns about the info on their website when it comes to DNA matches. The email replies I've gotten have been slow, and it looks like they prefer communicating through email instead of using quicker methods. However, when I've asked unrelated questions in group projects, the admins have been fast to reply with useful info. Understanding the stuff on the website about DNA matches has been tough, so I've had to check out blogs and social media for help. Even though I got my results back in 2019, I've only had one DNA match up to now, and I'm not too sure about how accurate the matching process is based on what the company provides.

    Teeth whitening pen and gel

    I gotta say, I've tried a bunch of dental whitening products before, but none of them compare to the results I've gotten with these ones. The teeth whitening pen and gel are seriously amazing. The pen is super easy to use and I can see a noticeable difference after just a few uses. The gel is perfect for a deeper whitening treatment and leaves my teeth looking brighter than ever. Huge shoutout to this brand for making products that actually deliver results. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting more in the future.

    Christmas ornaments purchase

    I ordered 20 Christmas ornaments for our tradition of giving them to relatives from my son. But guess what? I didn't get all of them. And on top of that, the customer service is terrible. It's been over 6 months and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I wouldn't suggest buying anything online from this brand. Total waste of time and money.

    The sales team really needs to step it up. They act like amateurs, not professionals. And to top it off, they can be pretty insulting. They never seem to listen to what customers have to say, or try to make the user experience better. It's pretty disappointing to see a luxury brand behave like that.

    No. You may need customer service and they THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER to reach them. The entire interface is through a lengthy and frustrating messaging interface of multiple questions and challenges. You will need to successfully navigate this every time you need to reach them, and for your patience you’ll be rewarded with dismal “call center” level of customer “assistance”.
    Additionally, their "Cancel for Any Reason Trip Guarantee" is a SCAM. I contacted eDreams shortly before my trip to inquire about cancelling due to illness and was advised that I could cancel my trip up to 24 hours before departure time.
    I waited until 25 hours before departure and was still sick so l phoned eDreams to cancel. They told me I missed the cutoff to claim the Guarantee because they are located in a DIFFERENT TIME ZONE!
    TOTAL SCAM.
    A colleague warned me about eDreams, I wish I had listened.

    LAX to Hotel Transfer

    I wish there was a zero star option! Save yourself money and a huge hassle and book with any other company than this one! Not only did the driver not show up but then they refused to give us a refund. Most of their so-called 24 hour service phone numbers are not answered or the call is dropped. Once we finally spoke to a person she herself could not reach their driver and apologized that he wasn't picking up her calls. We had to call a cab. So now we are out the $225 plus an additional $150 for the cab we took. Terrible customer service. Please book with a different company or take an Uber.

    Pippi Longstocking books

    I am so angry right now that i can't even speak. I just "finished" reading Pippi Longstocking to my class, and realized that the books that this ... place sent me only have 10 chapters, and the book is 11 chapters long! It didn't even occur to me to have to check the number of chapters, I assumed it would be right! And, of course, you can only email your complaints. This place is awful!

    Took 7 weeks to arrive in a pandemic! They should make ahead,not by demand. Poor response to communication,unable to reach. Also I noticed the price has increased.The nose wire is flimsy .I have a small face but to narrow for most peeps.
