    NUS UX Design course

    Stay away from this platform! I signed up for the NUS UX Design course and it was a total disaster. The lectures were terrible, didn't have much substance, and didn't cover Figma, which was a big part of the work. The deadlines for assignments were messed up, causing a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. Even though I finished the course in November, I still haven't gotten my certificate as of February. The constant delays and excuses from Get Smarter are just not okay. I spent $900 on this disappointing experience. It's been a letdown.

    Certificate delivery issue

    I was really let down by the service I got after I finished my course. I did my training at a top-notch place and I was hoping for top-notch service too. But man, it's been a mess trying to get my certificate. They sent it to the wrong addresses four times! And when it finally showed up at my place, the logo was printed upside down. They haven't been paying attention to the details at all, and they clearly don't care about making customers happy. This whole thing has really soured my view of the whole experience.

    This online course was such a waste of my time and money, I can't even believe it. It was ridiculous how hard it was to get any help from the customer support - it felt like I was trying to pull teeth just to talk to someone. And the fact that supposedly top-notch universities are involved with this platform blows my mind because the service is just so bad. I wouldn't even suggest this to someone I really don't like.

    Man, that online AI course I took through this one platform was a real letdown. I had high hopes for it, thinking it was going to be top-of-the-line and all that. But boy was I wrong. The platform, GetSmarter, just didn't cut it. It was so hard to navigate, I could hardly figure out what I was supposed to be doing. I missed important stuff because of how confusing it was to use. I ended up spending more time trying to work the platform than actually learning anything. Looking back, I really should've checked out some reviews or done more research before dropping cash on that course.

    Because of the pandemic, I thought it would be a good idea to sign up for an online course. But man, trying to manage learning and working from home at the same time was tough! So, I asked if I could push back the course to a later date. Unfortunately, I was told that wasn't an option because of the company's rules. It was a bummer that they couldn't work with my request, and I had no choice but to stick with the original plan. It would've been nice if they were more understanding and flexible, like some other schools out there.

    I was really let down when I found out that GetSmarter was supposedly connecting me with industry experts, just to later realize that they were actually fake AI-generated student profiles. It's frustrating to think that I was engaging with something that wasn't authentic, rather than real professionals. This dishonesty really damages the credibility of the whole learning process and leaves me feeling deceived.

    Don't waste your money on this course, it's pretty much useless. It's as helpful as trying to learn from a rock. There's no interaction, no support, and overall feels like a scam. The only slightly useful thing was the lean canvas info, but not worth the expensive cost.

    Online course during pandemic

    I took an online course last year during the pandemic and it was a great way to learn from home. The course material was awesome and I learned a lot. But after I finished the course, I had some problems getting my certificate re-printed. I sent so many emails and documents, but no one helped me. They didn't tell me what to do next or how to get my certificate. It's been 3 months and still no help. They don't talk to me or try to fix the problem. I don't think I would tell my friends to use this online school because they don't care about their students once the course is over. It's really disappointing and I'm upset.

    I recently signed up for an online educational program and man, it was a total letdown. This third-party service they used to handle enrollments talked a big game about working with top universities, but their customer service was seriously lacking. I tried reaching out for help and had to deal with a confusing phone menu and long hold times. And when I finally got someone on the line, they didn't even know what courses they were offering. The call quality was terrible, too, leading to a bunch of dropped calls. All in all, the service was pretty shoddy and it was obvious this company was not equipped to offer any real help. It's kind of crazy that reputable universities would team up with such a messy and unprofessional third-party service.
