Phone purchases
Orchard Labs is the best when it comes to quality and accuracy in their product descriptions. I've bought several phones from them and every time, it feels like a brand new device. Their assessment of the phone's condition is right on the money, so you can rely on them completely. Electronics
I went to the store the other day to buy some electronics and it was really awesome. Right when I walked in, a super friendly guy greeted me and helped me out a ton. He made sure I found exactly what I needed and even checked in later to make sure I was happy with everything. The service was top-notch and I left feeling really good about my new stuff.
Quick online purchase
The online buying process was fast and easy, which was super convenient because I could get what I needed without having to go out. But man, I was bummed when my order took way longer than I thought to get to me. It ended up being 10 whole days before I finally got my package in Los Angeles. And then, to make matters worse, the link they sent me in the email with setup instructions didn't even work - it just led me to an error page. So annoying! I had to look up all the info on my own. Overall, online shopping is cool and all, but slow delivery and wrong info definitely put a damper on things.
Refurbished phone purchase
Wow, I was so surprised to see my phone arrive earlier than I thought it would! I was really excited about it! It looks exactly like the pictures online and the battery life is great - I don't have to charge it in the middle of the day. I chose to get a refurbished phone to save some cash, and it's been a good choice so far. I'm hoping it continues to work well after the warranty expires!
iPhone purchase
I recently got a slightly used iPhone from Orchard Labs and it was so easy to transfer all my stuff over from my old phone. They also gave me some suggestions on how to repurpose my old phone instead of throwing it away. The customer service was great and they even followed up with an email to check on everything. Orchard Labs, you're doing a fantastic job - we'll definitely be returning for more!
Black phone case
The website was so easy to use, I could easily compare different phone cases. I thought I was ordering a black phone case, but when it came, it was actually transparent! I decided to just keep it since I've been using it for a while now and it's still in great condition. I really wish I had gotten the color I wanted, but at least the website was user-friendly.
