    LAX to Hotel Transfer

I wish there was a zero star option! Save yourself money and a huge hassle and book with any other company than this one! Not only did the driver not show up but then they refused to give us a refund. Most of their so-called 24 hour service phone numbers are not answered or the call is dropped. Once we finally spoke to a person she herself could not reach their driver and apologized that he wasn't picking up her calls. We had to call a cab. So now we are out the $225 plus an additional $150 for the cab we took. Terrible customer service. Please book with a different company or take an Uber.

    Airport transfer Brussels

No-show driver / waited in airport for over an hour

While my wife waited in front of the Java Coffee Bar in Brussels Airport (as requested by the taxi company) with the luggage, I checked every sign drivers - who were waiting in front of the arrivals exit - were holding. Nothing. So, after 30 minutes, I phoned your taxi agent in Brussels (20:27 hrs) - there was a recorded message. I then called the "emergency" number on the booking (20:29 hrs). I was surprised to find out that this was in New York. I was told that the driver was in front of the aforementioned bar but I said that he wasn't and that we'd been waiting for more than 30 minutes. I was then told that the driver had been waiting since 19:10 hrs and was still there. Then we were cut off. I phoned you back at 20:35 hrs and I was transferred to the taxi company in Brussels. The guy in Brussels told me that the driver was at the airport. Maybe he thought this was true but it wasn't. 10 minutes later, I get a call telling me a second driver is nearly there. The caller then asks where we were! I said exactly the same place we'd been for nearly an hour - in front of the Java Coffee Bar (which is only about 8 metres wide. so it's impossible to NOT see someone!) The second driver arrived shortly after and, after a little over an hour, we finally set off to our destination. The 4 telephone calls cost me about US$22 - and we waited for over an hour. During our journey from the airport to the hotel, we asked the driver what had happened. He told us that the first driver wanted to go home. It seems he wasn't answering his telephone to anyone! He just decided that he'd had enough for the day and, without scheduling another taxi, just turned his radio and phone off and went home!
