    Very first my trip to Miami without any proper information Though situation was responsible but a well time communication were awaited but after a week time I could know trips cancelled In that case unlike other user I also checked my account but no refund credited even after a month

    Sightseeing Pass review

    The Sightseeing Pass was great for most attractions, but you gotta remember to email each place beforehand to make sure everything's good. We had some trouble with cruise companies not accepting the pass even though they were on the website. But after emailing in advance, we managed to avoid any issues. Overall, we used the pass for MoMA, Madame Tussaud's, Empire State Building, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Pass. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth, and I'd recommend it to others who are ready to plan ahead.

    I don't get why people are leaving bad reviews, honestly. When I was in New York last August, I went ahead and bought the 6-day pass. And let me tell you, it was the best decision ever! We got to see so many cool places without any stress. No need to worry about making reservations beforehand, we just showed up and got right in. Plus, we did the math and figured out that if we paid for each place separately, we would've spent around $600. But with the pass, we saved $300. That was a major win for us!

    Used pass for a week

    Oh man, that pass was amazing! I got to check out St. Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, and even did a night boat tour to see the Statue of Liberty - it was awesome! Not to mention the food tour and bike ride in Central Park, super fun times. The best part was not having to worry about money and just enjoying all 14 attractions without whipping out my wallet - definitely got my money's worth!

    Faulty pass, misleading information, poor customer service

    I had a really bad time with this sightseeing pass. The pass I bought didn't work at the Empire State Building, so I spent an extra hour on the phone trying to fix it. Plus, some of the attractions on the website, like the Hush Tours Hip Hop, weren't even valid anymore, which was super misleading. When I asked for a refund because of all the trouble, they handled it really rudely and just flat out said no. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

    Value, attractions, tickets, time waste

    I bought these passes thinking they were some sort of magic tickets that would let me breeze into all the cool attractions without any hassle. But nope, turns out you gotta visit each place and show your pass at the ticket kiosk to actually get in. What a waste of time! And some of the attractions made me feel like I was bothering them by being there on a sightseeing tour. On the bright side, the passes did save me money and allowed me to visit all the places I wanted to go.

    Our experience with the company has been really disappointing. Back in April 2022, we were told we'd get a refund because our helicopter flight was canceled. Even though a team member said we'd get our money back in five days, we still haven't seen it. We're from Europe, so we were really hoping the company would stick to their word and handle things professionally. But not getting our $600+ refund on time has left us feeling upset and like they're not following through.

    Unsatisfactory experience with Sightseeing Pass

    Unfortunately, dealing with this company turned out to be a huge letdown. I got myself a 3-day pass, only to find out I couldn't use it anywhere. To make matters worse, my emails went unanswered and the phone line they gave me was always down. This left me stuck in a foreign country with no help in sight. I had to shell out cash for everything during my time in New York, which was not only a hassle but also pricey. It's frustrating to fork over money for a service I couldn't even use, and then hear nothing back from the company about it.

    I bought a sightseeing pass not too long ago, but man, they really messed up the delivery part. Spent three days going back and forth with them trying to figure it out. They kept saying they couldn't find my info or payment, so I said forget it and bought one from somewhere else. Then I tried to cancel the first payment, and all of a sudden they were like, "Oops, our bad, it was a mistake on our end, we can send it now." So annoying, right? Lack of communication and organization on their part really got on my nerves and caused a lot of unnecessary headaches.

    5 3 excursion pass purchase

    I purchased a 3-day excursion pass for our trip to Philly so we could see the Eastern State Penitentiary and the Franklin Institute. But we ended up only using the on-off bus to get around because the wait times were so long. It's been over a week since we got back home, and I've tried reaching out multiple times through chat, voicemail, and email, but I still haven't heard anything about getting a full refund. Definitely advise double-checking before you spend your money on this.

    Sightseeing pass for London

    I just got this sightseeing pass for London for a one-day trip and man, what a letdown. I booked three attractions but could only get into one - the big bus. When I showed up at the Tower of London and tried to hop on the uberboat, they said they weren't in cahoots with the sightseeing pass company. It was so aggravating and a total waste of my time and cash.

    Overpriced, limited attractions pass

    This pass is a total rip-off. We shelled out big bucks for the two-day pass, thinking it would be worth it to hit up all the attractions on our list. Boy, were we mistaken. We only made it to 4 attractions in one day because of long lines, travel times, and the slow pace. The pass led us astray by listing 9/11 Museum Workshop as the 9/11 Museum, which left us confused and bummed out. Day two was even worse - RISE NY closed earlier than what was on the pass, wasting our time and energy. Plus, Top of the Rock only had evening slots available, which wasn't mentioned, ruining our plans. And Madame Tussauds had this weird rule of a one-hour wait between attractions, not in their terms, leaving us scrambling without a way in. The lack of customer service and an unhelpful call center just topped off the frustration. Don't fall for this scam - make your own plans and save yourself from the headache and letdown.

    Pass purchase for N-Y trip

    Our experience with this sightseeing pass was really frustrating and disappointing. We bought two 7-day passes for our trip to New York and got them pretty quickly by email. But trying to book activities with the pass was way too complicated. Not all the activities that were supposed to be included actually worked, which just made things confusing and wasted our time. The customer service from Sightseeing was basically non-existent, making things even more frustrating. It honestly felt like a total waste of time and money. The fact that you need insurance just to have a chance at getting your money back says a lot about this company. We had to end up opening a dispute with PayPal, which really shows how many issues people are having with them.

    This pass I bought was a total scam. The QR codes they gave me didn't work at any of the attractions, so I was left feeling pretty frustrated and like I totally wasted my money. When I tried to contact customer service for some help, they were super rude and even hung up on me, telling me to just email them instead. It was all just a really terrible experience, so I would definitely recommend that other people steer clear of buying this pass.

    Misleading Attractions Pass

    I purchased an attractions pass thinking I could do lots of fun stuff, but turns out some attractions were no longer available. Got to the cruise early, but they said there was no room for me. The hop-on hop-off bus didn't stick to its promise and didn't explain why. Feeling let down by all these broken promises and no compensation, I definitely wouldn't suggest it to others.
