    Very first my trip to Miami without any proper information Though situation was responsible but a well time communication were awaited but after a week time I could know trips cancelled In that case unlike other user I also checked my account but no refund credited even after a month
    After long exercises over phone and email I could collect my amount

    Sightseeing Pass review

    The Sightseeing Pass was great for most attractions, but you gotta remember to email each place beforehand to make sure everything's good. We had some trouble with cruise companies not accepting the pass even though they were on the website. But after emailing in advance, we managed to avoid any issues. Overall, we used the pass for MoMA, Madame Tussaud's, Empire State Building, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Pass. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth, and I'd recommend it to others who are ready to plan ahead.

    6-day pass

    I don't get why people are leaving bad reviews, honestly. When I was in New York last August, I went ahead and bought the 6-day pass. And let me tell you, it was the best decision ever! We got to see so many cool places without any stress. No need to worry about making reservations beforehand, we just showed up and got right in. Plus, we did the math and figured out that if we paid for each place separately, we would've spent around $600. But with the pass, we saved $300. That was a major win for us!

    Used pass for a week

    Oh man, that pass was amazing! I got to check out St. Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, and even did a night boat tour to see the Statue of Liberty - it was awesome! Not to mention the food tour and bike ride in Central Park, super fun times. The best part was not having to worry about money and just enjoying all 14 attractions without whipping out my wallet - definitely got my money's worth!

    Pass purchase issues

    I bought a sightseeing pass not too long ago, but man, they really messed up the delivery part. Spent three days going back and forth with them trying to figure it out. They kept saying they couldn't find my info or payment, so I said forget it and bought one from somewhere else. Then I tried to cancel the first payment, and all of a sudden they were like, "Oops, our bad, it was a mistake on our end, we can send it now." So annoying, right? Lack of communication and organization on their part really got on my nerves and caused a lot of unnecessary headaches.

    Sightseeing pass for London

    I just got this sightseeing pass for London for a one-day trip and man, what a letdown. I booked three attractions but could only get into one - the big bus. When I showed up at the Tower of London and tried to hop on the uberboat, they said they weren't in cahoots with the sightseeing pass company. It was so aggravating and a total waste of my time and cash.

    Overpriced, limited attractions pass

    This pass is a total rip-off. We shelled out big bucks for the two-day pass, thinking it would be worth it to hit up all the attractions on our list. Boy, were we mistaken. We only made it to 4 attractions in one day because of long lines, travel times, and the slow pace. The pass led us astray by listing 9/11 Museum Workshop as the 9/11 Museum, which left us confused and bummed out. Day two was even worse - RISE NY closed earlier than what was on the pass, wasting our time and energy. Plus, Top of the Rock only had evening slots available, which wasn't mentioned, ruining our plans. And Madame Tussauds had this weird rule of a one-hour wait between attractions, not in their terms, leaving us scrambling without a way in. The lack of customer service and an unhelpful call center just topped off the frustration. Don't fall for this scam - make your own plans and save yourself from the headache and letdown.

    Sightseeing Pass purchase

    This pass I bought was a total scam. The QR codes they gave me didn't work at any of the attractions, so I was left feeling pretty frustrated and like I totally wasted my money. When I tried to contact customer service for some help, they were super rude and even hung up on me, telling me to just email them instead. It was all just a really terrible experience, so I would definitely recommend that other people steer clear of buying this pass.

    Delayed pass delivery, poor customer service, partial refund

    This company's service was just so disappointing. So, we went ahead and bought passes online, thinking we could download them right away. But, nope. We didn't get those passes until 3 days later, which was way too late for us because we had already seen almost all the attractions. Their website promised immediate downloads, but they totally let us down on that one. And when we tried to reach out to customer service, it was a total pain trying to get in touch with them. The responses we got were pretty unhelpful and not friendly at all, which just made things even more frustrating. My sister and I had been saving up for a long time for this trip, so it really sucked to miss out on experiences and lose money all because this company was so disorganized. And get this, when they finally did refund one pass a month later, they said it was a duplicate purchase and only gave us back one pass. We definitely bought two passes on purpose, so they still have £215 of our money. Overall, this whole thing was just a huge disappointment, and I really don't recommend using this company to anyone.

    Flexi sightseeing passes for New York

    I bought three flexi sightseeing passes for New York to try and save some cash on my trip. But man, was I disappointed with how it all went down. Even though I got insurance with the passes, I couldn't get a refund for the ones I didn't use. I tried hitting up customer service through email a bunch of times over two weeks, but got crickets in response. Plus, the phone number they gave was only good for folks in the USA, making it impossible for those of us abroad to get any help. After all that hassle, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone else.

    Overpriced passes

    The tickets I bought for my trip to New York cost an arm and a leg at $539.60. I was looking forward to using them for four days, but when I got there, they were a dud. I sent multiple emails, and after what felt like forever, I finally got my passes. But they didn't offer any refund for the two days I missed out on. Their customer service and communication left a lot to be desired, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

    Airport transfer reservation

    I was initially drawn in by the price, but the disappointment came when I tried booking an airport transfer to the hotel and got no response. We had to shell out $100 for a taxi ride, which pretty much wiped out the savings we thought we made. We tried reaching out for a refund on the taxi fare, but it's been three months and we still haven't gotten a good response. The customer service has been awful with no clear explanation. I can't recommend this service because of their poor customer service and lack of communication, especially for the price we paid.

    Sightseeing Pass Purchase

    I'm so disappointed! I just got back from New York a few days ago and I bought 2 day passes for 4 days, costing me a whopping $578. Some of the attractions included were not working properly. For example, Luna Park at Coney Island only operates in the summer, which wasn't stated on the pass. The Brooklyn Bridge Guided Bike Rental by Francy Apple was canceled by the rental company 2 hours before the tour with no explanation, even though the weather was fine. The Inside Out Tours Secret of Liberty Walking Tour didn't include the ferry passage, which we had to pay $26 per person for separately. On top of that, the ferry company didn't accept other passes without a guide (like the ones from Castle Clinton at Battery Park). It was such an unreliable and frustrating experience. 😡😡😡

    Sightseeing Pass

    Man, this was seriously the worst purchase ever. We dropped $300 per person upfront for this Pass and when we attempted to use it at the hotspots, they were all like, "Sorry, not accepting Passes today." It was so disappointing. They said to reach out to the company, but when we called customer service, they were like, "Don't worry, we got you." Yet here we are, still waiting for that assistance. Seriously though! The only attractions we could actually visit were so boring.
