Lost $1000 in 24 hours
2. So the other day, I had this really bad experience with a travel company. They were just not up to par, everything about them felt old-fashioned and their website was a nightmare to use. Long story short, I ended up losing $1000 in just one day after booking with them. And all they offered me was some airline credit that I couldn't even transfer, which didn't even come close to making up for my losses. Dealing with their lack of transparency and lackluster customer support only made things worse. Honestly, I would advise anyone thinking of booking with them to think twice, unless they're okay with the risk of losing some serious cash.
Booking a vacation package
I was really not happy with the customer service at this vacation company. The reps didn't speak English well and seemed rude. I tried emailing them but never got any responses. I definitely won't be coming back after this bad experience.
