I recently bought some digital download tickets from an online travel company. But when I got the confirmation email, I was surprised to see that the tickets were actually physical and I had to pick them up somewhere different from where I was going. That wasn't clear when I was making the purchase, and it caused me a ton of trouble. When I tried to call customer service to get a refund, I had a hard time getting through because of some phone problems. And when I finally did reach them, I was bummed out to find out that they wouldn't give me a refund because of their strict 24-hour refund policy. The whole situation left me feeling frustrated and not happy with their service.
