Credit repair service
This service is a total disaster. I made my first payment and couldn't even get on the website due to technical problems. Their support team took forever to reply, it was a whole week! When I finally got on, the site was glitchy and I couldn't even use what I paid for. The save buttons didn't even work, the site was a disaster, and customer service was MIA. Only thing that worked was the payment--big surprise. The credit repair services? Nothing to brag about. Just letters anyone could write. Waste of time and money.
Home loan credit repair
I found myself needing to boost my credit score so I could get a home loan in the next year. I signed up for a credit repair service in December 2022, but after 7 months, my score hadn't budged. They said they'd get my score back on track, but it didn't happen. To top it off, they tried to charge me $3500 while we were still working things out, even though they said they wouldn't do that. The lack of communication and the constant attempts to take money from my account were super frustrating and uncool.
Wasted over $700
This company straight up took my cash and didn't do squat to help my credit for like 9 months. I forked over more than $700 for them to just get rid of one thing from my credit report, and they couldn't even manage to do that. Total rip-off artists who will try to rob you blind.
