    International money transfer

    I just made an international money transfer that was meant to only take 2 days, but it ended up taking a whole 8 days. It was a huge pain to deal with. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through email, contact form, and even on Facebook, but got absolutely no response. I depend on getting my money on time for important stuff, and it was such a letdown to not get any help or updates from the company.

    International money transfer

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for almost ten years now, but I've been running into some pretty big problems with their service recently. Everything was going great up until a couple months back, but now my transactions are taking way longer than usual, and it's really getting on my nerves. And to top it off, as of February 19th, I found out that I can't even do Australian transactions anymore, which is just making things even more difficult for me. I've tried everything they told me to do to fix the problem, but all I keep getting in return are these automated emails that don't even touch on my concerns. All I want is to get my money back quickly, and I'm hoping they can get their act together and sort all this out soon.
