Email address update inconvenience
I had a frustrating experience trying to update my email address on my account. Unlike other online businesses, I was told I couldn't just change it – instead, I had to delete my account and make a new one. Not only was this annoying, but it also meant I lost my Premier membership status. It's really disappointing that such a basic issue couldn't be fixed easily, and now I'm not a very satisfied customer.
Money transfer to Jamaica
I just sent some cash over to my brother in Jamaica to help out with building his house. Man, the whole process of him getting the money at the pick-up spot in Jamaica was a real pain. Even though he had my last name and we've used MoneyGram before without any issues, this time he ran into all sorts of problems.
