The service is great for people who like to handle their money stuff on their own. I like that I can keep track of my investments, cash, and crypto all in one spot. I haven't really had to deal with customer service much, but the articles on the website are really nice and easy to understand. The mobile app is super easy to use and way more convenient than the website on desktop.

Ugh, these folks keep sending me emails even though I never signed up for anything! They keep insisting that I did, but I know for a fact that I didn't. I've been waiting on hold for what feels like an eternity and it's driving me crazy! How can a company this big not have a decent customer service setup? If someone doesn't pick up soon, I swear I'm gonna close my account and be done with them. Finally, someone answers and then they hang up on me! They just lost a customer for good and I'm warning everyone to steer clear of this disaster.
Failure to receive stacking money
I'm really disappointed with this service - they hardly ever communicate with me and you can't rely on them. They didn't even send me my stacking money, and their fees are through the roof. If I were you, I'd go with something like Metamask, Coinbase, or maybe even Petra (Aptos ecosystem) instead. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of hassle if you stay away from this platform.

As a customer, I am really unhappy with the service from this investment platform. I put $10,000 into a stock and when it started going up, they froze it, so I couldn't sell and ended up losing $70,000. Another stock I have is up 20 cents, but I can't sell it at the higher price.
