I've been going to this vape shop for a while now, so you can imagine my shock when I experienced something sneaky during my last purchase. I ordered some disposable atomizers that I've always liked, but I was surprised to see that the extended warranty was automatically added without me knowing. I made sure to deselect it, but it showed up again when I finalized my order. That kind of sneaky move is not cool and really turned me off.
Pocket vape, extra pods
I was searching for a nice, leak-free pocket vape for work, and ProVape had just what I needed! I picked up the Vapresso Xros3 and some extra pods, and I gotta say, it hits like a dream! I'm so pleased with my purchase. The website was totally reliable and the delivery was lightning fast!
Juices and pods
I just bought some juices and pods from this place and let me tell you, they have a ton of options to choose from. The prices were also really good. Unfortunately, part of my order got lost in transit. But, thanks to the awesome customer service at this company, especially Charlotte, they quickly sent me a replacement without any issues. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and how they truly went out of their way to fix the problem.
Vape supplies
I switched over to ProVape for my vape stuff after having a terrible time with another online shop. ProVape is legit - they're dependable, quick, and you can actually reach someone when you call customer service. I made the dumb decision to try out a "cheaper" site my friend suggested, and it was a disaster. Took over a month to get my order, ran into tons of problems, and couldn't get ahold of anyone for help. Long story short, I went running back to ProVape and won't be looking elsewhere again.
Big Bar Duo Vapes
If I could give 0 statrs I would! This company is a scam! My first order was 5 BigBar Duo's. When I recied them only 2 the 5 worked! They had dead batteries. I wrote and explained my issue and they sent me a voucher to reorder new ones but it didn't cover the purchase price and I had to pay shipping again. I bit my tonque and reordered again the second order all were defective with dead batteries. I wrote to third company and was told that there is a 20% chance of the vape cartridges being defective and they wouldn't reimburse me. They said they did not give refunds, yet they have a refund policy. They went on to say most vape companies dont do refunds for their products. This is a lie as well. So out of my order 60% of it was defective. They also charged me twice for shipping which ishouldnt be allowed to sell defective products to consumers. This is wrong and needs to stop. Don't trust this company I lost by putting trust into this deceitful company. Bad business!
