    Okay i am a big fan of the clothes here. They have all the things i usually wear in really good prices and options which is totally cool for me. I am not into buying expensive clothes, and i prefer comfy dresses more.
    this is what i was looking for! They have the exact style and fashion i want and its so good to have the store from where i can buy my clothes without any wasting time
    these days i am going crazy over the options they have in denim. Its so cool and trend! I bought few jeggings and as i expected they are fantastic for me

    Back to School clothes

    I ordered my Back to School clothes on August 17th, but my order is still waiting to be sent out. Can you believe it? School starts in less than a week, and I really need my new clothes to look awesome on the first day. The chat person gave me a discount code, but that doesn't make up for the delay. I ordered stuff from other stores on the same day, and they all got here already. Next time, I'll definitely shop somewhere else.

    Striped crew neck t-shirt

    I got this striped crew neck t-shirt from their website not too long ago. Man, was I let down by the service! I ordered it on June 10th, but it never showed up, even though they said it would. When I finally hit up customer service on June 17th, they told me the package got lost somewhere along the way and never made it out of their warehouse. So, I asked for a refund, but it's been crickets since then. It's been more than 25 days now, and I still haven't heard anything. This whole thing has been such a hassle and total bummer. I definitely wouldn't suggest this site to anyone else.

    Incorrectly switched shipping and billing address

    I had a really bad experience with my last order from this company. I bought something and then realized that the website changed my shipping and billing address without asking me. It was a big issue because I needed the package sent to the right place. I contacted customer service right away for help, but they said I had to cancel the order to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me how to do that.

    Overnight shipment with delayed delivery

    I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered something with overnight shipping and ended up waiting five days for it to arrive. On top of that, the customer service folks weren't sorry at all and wouldn't give me back the extra money I shelled out for faster shipping. I've been a customer for a while, so I thought I'd get better service and communication. It's obvious that they care more about making money than keeping customers happy.

    Socks missing, bad customer service

    This place is terrible! I got some cute socks and two other things, but the socks never arrived! When I tried to reach out for help, they didn't even try to assist me! They accused me of lying about my order, even with proof on my phone! Then they admitted they ran out of socks but didn't bother letting me know! It's a horrible way to treat customers! I just want to return the other items, but they expect me to cover the shipping costs, which is completely unfair! I'm done shopping here!

    Online return mishap

    I recently had a pretty bad experience trying to deal with customer service after a mix-up with an online return. I sent back a product about a month ago and was expecting to get my money back on my original payment method. However, instead of getting a refund on my Apple Pay, I got a gift card, which was not what I wanted at all. When I reached out to customer service to clear things up, I got the runaround. Different reps were telling me different things, and it was super irritating to not get a straight answer. After a bunch of back and forth, I was finally told that I would be getting a refund by check in the mail. But here I am, over a month later, and still no sign of that check.

    Ink tag left on pants

    I ordered some pants online and when they arrived, they still had the ink tag on them. I called customer service to fix the problem, but they said I would have to pay $8 for return shipping, even though it was their mistake. I wasn't happy with that answer because I think the company should own up to their mistake and pay for the return shipping.

The quality is pretty bad. On top of that, I found out I'd have to pay $8 to return them. All in all, this whole experience was a letdown and I won't be buying from them again.

    Back-to-school clothes not shipped

    I am so fed up with the terrible service I've been getting from this company. I placed an order for my back-to-school clothes on August 9th, and now it's August 23rd and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. School starts on the 30th, and I still have no clue where my clothes are. I've contacted customer service several times, but all I get is the same generic response. I even tried the online chat, and they just rushed me through like my order was no big deal. It's absolutely ridiculous.
