I bought this cybersecurity software from that company and it's really great. It keeps all my devices safe and protected from online threats, which is a relief. Setting it up was a breeze, and the interface is easy to navigate. I also like that it regularly updates and scans my devices for added security. Car rental experience
I had a great experience with the service I got when I rented a car recently. The person helping me was really nice and helpful, they really went out of their way to take care of me and make sure everything was good. The car I got was clean and in good shape, exactly what I was looking for. I was really happy with how well the staff at the rental place treated me, they really took good care of me.

Bed purchase
My husband and I bought a bed about 5 years ago, and we had a great experience with the staff at the store. We chose this company because we liked the style and quality of their products, especially their leather sofas which we couldn't find anywhere else. Lately, we were talking about how durable our couch has been, especially the leather, so we decided to order a bed from them.

Difficult experience with Hotel Collection
I had a really bad experience with Hotel Collection when I made two purchases recently. The first time I bought a $300 diffuser, but they sent me a $20 reed diffuser instead. They claimed they double-checked orders, but obviously not mine. It took a lot of effort to finally get the right item after sending multiple pictures and dealing with lots of frustration. The second time, my mom got me a Star Wars diffuser for Christmas, but they sent the wrong one. After more back and forth, they did eventually send the correct one, but it was clearly used. The box wasn't sealed, no inner wrappings, stains on the cord and inside, and no fragrance oil holder. It was a major disappointment.

I have this really awesome book that has all the fun stuff I did last year! It's so cool to flip through and remember all the good times. Plus, I think my future kids and grandkids will really enjoy seeing what I was up to when I was younger. It's like a time capsule, but even better! 😊👍

Leap year birthday card
I ordered a leap year birthday card for a special occasion, hoping it would arrive by February 29th. Unfortunately, the card was said to be delivered on the 19th, which wasn't the agreed upon date. When I checked with the recipient, they hadn't gotten the card. I chatted with customer service and they only offered to send another card. I was upset with the company's lack of accountability and customer service. The person I talked to wasn't helpful and didn't take responsibility for the late delivery. This whole thing left me frustrated and dissatisfied. The cute cards they sell were great, but the terrible delivery service and lack of compensation made the experience disappointing.

Lounge wear purchase for teens and myself
I enjoy shopping online for lounge wear for me and my teenagers. AfterPay makes the payment process super easy so I can shop hassle-free. The clothes are really good quality and hold up well after lots of washes. I haven't had any problems with my orders, which is a huge plus for me. Recent order
I recently bought something online and honestly, I'm feeling pretty conflicted about the whole thing. I got part of my order, but my sunglasses are still MIA because they're apparently still "in process". I've tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. I feel pretty annoyed and let down by the whole situation. Oh, and another thing that caught me off guard was the $25 fee to cancel an item, which seems pretty shady to me. My trip is creeping up fast, and it doesn't look like my order will be here in time. I was really hoping to have my shades with me on my trip, so this really stinks.

7-day California to Washington tour
I had such an amazing time on the tour from Cali to Washington! Our tour guide, Bill Chen, was the best. He really made sure everyone was having a good time and took us to all the coolest places. He even braved all sorts of weather just to make sure we had a blast. It was absolutely beautiful and I would totally recommend it to anyone!
