White shoes, £75
I got these white shoes and they were so cute at first, but then they got all dirty with these strange spots that just would not come off, no matter what I did. I even took them to a shoe cleaner, and even they couldn't help. I'm really disappointed because I spent $75 on them and they only lasted a week. Such a waste of money.
Leather shoes
I just had the worst experience trying to return a pair of leather shoes that didn't fit at the store down the street. I only wore one shoe for a little bit and it still had the tags on, but they wouldn't take it back because I didn't have the box. I lost $125 and I'm definitely not shopping there again. This company is clearly just in it for the money and doesn't care about customers once they've got your cash. Do yourself a favor and don't get caught up in their scam.
Shoes purchase
I bought some shoes that were on sale, but they turned out to be really bad quality and way too expensive! When I ordered them online, the package ended up getting lost and was delivered to someone else. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - the name on the card was wrong, and it took forever to get a response. I had to jump through hoops to track down my shoes. I definitely won't be purchasing from this place again!
Birthday gift purchase
I am so upset about my experience. I paid extra for next day delivery for my son's birthday gift and it hasn't arrived yet. On top of that, they haven't responded to any of my emails. I just can't believe it. This kind of service is not okay and it makes me mad that they're still in business.
Online shoe order
I bought some shoes online thinking I'd get them in 3-5 days, but it took 9 days with no updates. When I contacted customer service, all I got was an automatic email saying they'd reply in 5 days. Then, after 11 days, they just canceled my order. It was a total mess and now I'm left scrambling to find new shoes for my event. The lack of communication and slow order processing was really annoying, and all they sent me was a basic "sorry for the inconvenience" email. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Overpriced low-quality footwear
I recently treated myself to a pair of shoes from this brand, thinking they would hold up well for a while. Unfortunately, they started falling apart after only a couple of weeks. The so-called "quality" of these shoes is a joke, especially for how much they cost. Needless to say, I won't be spending my money on this brand again.
