Online order issue
I had a frustrating experience with an online order recently. I carefully entered the correct delivery address, but it got changed automatically after I used Apple Pay to complete the payment. I felt powerless because I couldn't control my own address, and there wasn't an option to change it or cancel the order. To top it off, the customer service team takes a long 10 days to reply to emails, and the products usually ship within just 7 days, leaving no room to fix any errors. This lack of flexibility and responsiveness made my shopping experience really disappointing. Hopefully the company improves this in the future.
Comfort, quality, good material - good stuff
Aldo is good, one of the best shoes brand i come across, considering the price for sure. Because you can jus go gaga with shoes and spend huge dollars on it. but that's not the point.
the quality, the material, the goods it utilize to creat extra comfortable high quality shoes. durable.. tried and tested in all way possible.

the delivery can be better.3 pairs of shoes
I bought 3 pairs of shoes on sale. They got here pretty quick and were nice. One pair was too snug, so I had to send it back. The return process took longer than I thought it would. I reached out to customer service by email and they were really helpful and kept me updated. Overall, I'm satisfied.
Best customer service experience.
I just gotta say, my experience with the customer service team was top-notch. They were super friendly and quick to help me out with my problem. No complications, no delays - problem solved! Plus, their prices are pretty fair and the products are top quality.
Black side purse
I went to the shoe store to get a black side purse, but the lady at the register was on her phone the whole time. I waited forever, but she didn't even notice me. Her customer service was terrible, so I just left without buying anything. I was really let down by this place!
Two pairs of shoes during a sale
I was so excited about the sale, I ordered two pairs of shoes on the last day. But guess what? The discount code wasn't working! Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they said the code had expired. I was so annoyed. The next day, I found the same shoes at a franchised store for £20 cheaper per pair than the official website sale price. Can you believe that? What a frustrating experience!
Shoes returned, no refund
I got these shoes thinking they would fit, but they were way too big. Sent them back weeks ago, but still no sign of my refund! I've been trying to reach out by email, but no luck. What a headache this is turning out to be!
Overpriced shoes
I gotta say, I messed up by buying these crazy expensive shoes from this store. Not only were they not worth the price, but the customer service was just awful. I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, but they wouldn't help me out and ended up taking over a week to cancel it. Dealing with them was a total nightmare, so I definitely recommend steering clear of this place.
Expensive boots
The service at this place really stinks. I bought some pricey boots and when I needed help with getting a refund online or replacing a lost receipt, nobody was willing to lend a hand. It's a real letdown that a store with such a big name would have such lousy staff. Maybe they could use some training to step up their game.
Online shoe shopping frustration
I had this super frustrating moment when I was trying to buy something online. The biggest problem was that I had to deal with two different companies, so I couldn't call and talk to an actual person. It's like ALDO and EVRI are making it really hard for customers to reach someone real. This whole situation has me thinking twice about shopping with ALDO online again, even though I've always been a fan of their shoes.

Man, what a nightmare! So I ordered something online and guess what? No confirmation email. Like, seriously? So then I had to dig around and contact customer service to get to the bottom of things. And get this, I even used one of those "buy now pay later" services, which just made the whole lack of communication even more nerve-wracking. I was legit wondering if I'd ever see my purchase or get my money back. Like, come on now, this kind of lackluster service is just not cool, especially from a big name brand like that.
Leather Boots
I just got these leather boots from the store, and at first, I was really happy with them. But after only a few weeks of wearing them, I saw that the leather was peeling and the soles were coming off. I was so let down by the low quality of these boots, especially since they weren't cheap.
Unfulfilled order with paid delivery charges
I'm really upset with this brand, they dropped the ball on their service. I bought something, paid for it in full with delivery included, but I never got my order. When I called the delivery company, they told me the brand didn't pay for the service, leaving me with no choice but to try to reach out to them myself. I've been trying for weeks, but no response or solution in sight. It's not cool to pay for something and not get it, and it's super frustrating and unprofessional that the brand won't even communicate or take responsibility.
Online shoe order
Shipping is such a headache! I've ordered stuff multiple times and it always takes forever to arrive, plus the tracking never seems to get updated. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare - they never bother to reply to emails, and waiting forever on hold just to talk to someone is the worst. The one good thing is that it's super easy to return or exchange stuff in the store.

I am so fed up with the terrible customer service at this company. I did everything they asked and sent back those shoes, but still no word on my refund. I've tried emailing them but it's like talking to a brick wall. All I want now is my money back and to never have to deal with them again.
