    Online order issue

    I had a frustrating experience with an online order recently. I carefully entered the correct delivery address, but it got changed automatically after I used Apple Pay to complete the payment. I felt powerless because I couldn't control my own address, and there wasn't an option to change it or cancel the order. To top it off, the customer service team takes a long 10 days to reply to emails, and the products usually ship within just 7 days, leaving no room to fix any errors. This lack of flexibility and responsiveness made my shopping experience really disappointing. Hopefully the company improves this in the future.

    Aldo is good, one of the best shoes brand i come across, considering the price for sure. Because you can jus go gaga with shoes and spend huge dollars on it. but that's not the point.
    the quality, the material, the goods it utilize to creat extra comfortable high quality shoes. durable.. tried and tested in all way possible.
    truly amazing. the price complements the value here. no complaints.

    I bought 3 pairs of shoes on sale. They got here pretty quick and were nice. One pair was too snug, so I had to send it back. The return process took longer than I thought it would. I reached out to customer service by email and they were really helpful and kept me updated. Overall, I'm satisfied.

    I gotta say, I messed up by buying these crazy expensive shoes from this store. Not only were they not worth the price, but the customer service was just awful.     Online shoe shopping frustration

    I had this super frustrating moment when I was trying to buy something online. The biggest problem was that I had to deal with two different companies, so I couldn't call and talk to an actual person. It's like ALDO and EVRI are making it really hard for customers to reach someone real.     Man, what a nightmare! So I ordered something online and guess what? No confirmation email. Like, seriously? So then I had to dig around and contact customer service to get to the bottom of things. And get this, I even used one of those "buy now pay later" services, which just made the whole lack of communication even more nerve-wracking. I was legit wondering if I'd ever see my purchase or get my money back. Like, come on now, this kind of lackluster service is just not cool, especially from a big name brand like that.

    I'm really upset with this brand, they dropped the ball on their service. I bought something, paid for it in full with delivery included, but I never got my order. When I called the delivery company, they told me the brand didn't pay for the service, leaving me with no choice but to try to reach out to them myself. I've been trying for weeks, but no response or solution in sight. It's not cool to pay for something and not get it, and it's super frustrating and unprofessional that the brand won't even communicate or take responsibility.

    Shipping is such a headache! I've ordered stuff multiple times and it always takes forever to arrive, plus the tracking never seems to get updated.     I am so fed up with the terrible customer service at this company. I did everything they asked and sent back those shoes, but still no word on my refund. I've tried emailing them but it's like talking to a brick wall. All I want now is my money back and to never have to deal with them again.
