    I recently bought a Beanie hat from Arket for $57, but when I checked my bank statement, I saw that Klarna processed the transaction instead of my chosen payment method.     Damaged order, refund issue

    My order came in all messed up, like real messed up, you can see in the pics I took. I called up customer service thinking they'd help me out, but all they said was I had to send it back to get my money back. That don't make no sense 'cause there's no way they can sell it again. They should just give me a new one or my money back without all the trouble of sending it back. This whole thing was a nightmare. I ain't buyin' from them again, that's for sure.

    I ordered this denim jacket and shorts from the store and it was honestly the worst experience ever. I spent like $300 on it, and it's been over a week and I still haven't received my stuff. I called customer service like three times, and they were so rude and unhelpful. They just kept telling me to be patient or that my package was on its way. But seriously, I'm still getting packages from other stores, so it can't be the weather causing the delay. It's not fair to blame it on the weather. I'm just really frustrated and disappointed.

    I recently bought my wedding outfit from this store and the whole experience was a letdown, to be honest. It would've been great if I had checked out some reviews before I made the purchase because I ran into a bunch of problems. First off, my order is running late for the wedding, which is a total hassle. I had to call customer service myself to find out what was going on since they didn't bother letting me know about any delays. Turns out, I can't even cancel the order now, which just added to my annoyance. On top of all that, they expect me to pay for return shipping if I decide to send the outfit back. The only other option I got was to drive all the way to a store that's 400 miles away - like, seriously? - because they couldn't just send it directly to me. This lack of options and poor customer service is just not cool, and it's made me really unsatisfied with my whole shopping experience.

    I just bought some stuff from this store and the goods were top-notch. But man, my whole experience was soured by the lack of customer service. Even though they had cool stuff, it was hard to enjoy because the customer service team was terrible at communicating and never got back to me. Plus, the website was a pain to use and they hardly had any items in stock, making it a real hassle to find what I wanted.
