Beanie hat purchase
I recently bought a Beanie hat from Arket for $57, but when I checked my bank statement, I saw that Klarna processed the transaction instead of my chosen payment method. I'm worried about how this could affect my credit score, especially for future mortgage applications since Klarna is known for installment plans and lots of shopping. Customers should know exactly how their payments are being handled, especially when it comes to money. I think Arket should make this clearer during checkout to prevent any confusion or unexpected issues for customers.
Shoes delivery
I was kinda nervous about ordering online without checking out any reviews beforehand, but I just went for it and bought a pair of shoes. I was a little concerned after I placed my order that maybe my shoes wouldn't come on time or they'd be messed up when they got here. But, to my surprise, my shoes showed up fast and in perfect shape. I was really impressed with how quickly and carefully they packed and shipped my order. I would definitely suggest shopping here to anyone who wants a dependable online shopping experience.
Clothing
I was a little nervous about buying from this store at first because I saw some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Even though my stuff was coming from abroad, it got here in just a week. The customer service was awesome, they got back to me right away when I emailed them. I liked that they included a return label just in case, but I didn't need it since everything I got was just right. All in all, I had a really good time shopping with them and I'll definitely be back for more.
Shoes arrived as advertised
I was so happy with what I bought from this store. At first, I was kinda unsure about the cheap prices and thought I might get scammed, but when the shoes I bought showed up they looked exactly like they did in the ad. I was shocked that the deal was real! It made me see that just cause something doesn't cost a lot doesn't mean it's a trick. In the end, I was really happy with what I got.
Oversized purchase
The thing I bought was way too big, so I sent it back. But man, returning it was a total nightmare. I shipped it back a while ago, and when they finally tried to send it back to me, they asked the post office to hold off on delivering it, which seemed sketchy. It took forever for them to send it back, and they still haven't said anything about my return or given me my money back. Stay away from this company at all costs.
Holiday order
I ordered some stuff for the holiday expecting it to come in 3-4 days, but it never showed up. I called customer service and found out they sent it back without even letting me know. Now it's been 13 days, I'm left empty-handed and out of money. Dealing with Arket has been a real headache. To add insult to injury, I got an email about a 'return fee' for a package that never even got to me. I want a full refund without any extra charges.
Black and white T-shirts
So yeah, I ordered a couple of basic T-shirts online and they showed up pretty fast. I got one in black and one in white, but the white one turned out to be see-through, which was disappointing. Plus, they were both straight cut, so they didn't really flatter my figure. I guess I'm still on the hunt for the perfect T-shirt!
Clothing items
I bought some clothes online from this store recently, and man, I gotta say I was super let down by the service. Like, I placed my order and then heard zero updates for days. When I finally reached out to customer service, they told me my stuff hadn't even left the warehouse after a whole week! The peeps I talked to weren't helpful at all - just kept giving me the same excuses about delays and being super busy. And then, even after they said my order was shipped, the tracking info said otherwise. It's just not cool how incompetent they are, and I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Online order with missing address information
I just ordered something from their website and got the confirmation email, but realized they didn't have my full address. I called customer service right away to fix it before delivery, but they said they couldn't do anything until the delivery company had the package. It's kinda annoying, feels like a big system mistake.
Damaged order, refund issue
My order came in all messed up, like real messed up, you can see in the pics I took. I called up customer service thinking they'd help me out, but all they said was I had to send it back to get my money back. That don't make no sense 'cause there's no way they can sell it again. They should just give me a new one or my money back without all the trouble of sending it back. This whole thing was a nightmare. I ain't buyin' from them again, that's for sure.
Denim jacket and shorts
I ordered this denim jacket and shorts from the store and it was honestly the worst experience ever. I spent like $300 on it, and it's been over a week and I still haven't received my stuff. I called customer service like three times, and they were so rude and unhelpful. They just kept telling me to be patient or that my package was on its way. But seriously, I'm still getting packages from other stores, so it can't be the weather causing the delay. It's not fair to blame it on the weather. I'm just really frustrated and disappointed.
Wedding outfit
I recently bought my wedding outfit from this store and the whole experience was a letdown, to be honest. It would've been great if I had checked out some reviews before I made the purchase because I ran into a bunch of problems. First off, my order is running late for the wedding, which is a total hassle. I had to call customer service myself to find out what was going on since they didn't bother letting me know about any delays. Turns out, I can't even cancel the order now, which just added to my annoyance. On top of all that, they expect me to pay for return shipping if I decide to send the outfit back. The only other option I got was to drive all the way to a store that's 400 miles away - like, seriously? - because they couldn't just send it directly to me. This lack of options and poor customer service is just not cool, and it's made me really unsatisfied with my whole shopping experience.
Nice products, poor customer service
I just bought some stuff from this store and the goods were top-notch. But man, my whole experience was soured by the lack of customer service. Even though they had cool stuff, it was hard to enjoy because the customer service team was terrible at communicating and never got back to me. Plus, the website was a pain to use and they hardly had any items in stock, making it a real hassle to find what I wanted.
