High school foundation, non-clogging, loyal customer
I've been using this foundation since high school and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! Seriously, it's the only one that doesn't make my skin go crazy or feel greasy. I've stuck with it for years and I still can't get enough. Whenever I want to look good and feel put together, this is my go-to. I'm totally in love with it!
Makeup purchase, hard to navigate
I tried to order some makeup online, but man, their website was a hot mess! It kept glitching, and everything I wanted was always out of stock. I love their makeup, but I ain't messing with their website anymore.
Out of stock nightmare
OMG, I can't believe how this brand keeps letting me down! Seriously, I can't find any of the colors I need - whether it's powder, cover stick, or anything! I've been waiting for weeks and still nothing. And now BareMinerals is disappearing from stores too. I just want to find my makeup, guys!
Delayed delivery, unresponsive customer service
I had a really bad experience ordering online from this company. It took a whole month for my order to finally arrive, which is just not okay in this day and age when we're used to things arriving fast. Then, when my package finally got here, the stuff inside wasn't what I thought it would be and I needed to return it. But when I tried to get in touch with customer service, no one even got back to me. It's so frustrating when a company says they have a good return policy, but then they don't actually help you out when you need it. I'm definitely not going to be shopping with them again in the future.
Disappointed with rewards
I've been a loyal customer at this store for a while, and I was so pumped to finally cash in my rewards. But then the new owner came in and totally botched everything! I had to wait forever to use my "Diamond status Good Rewards," and when I finally got to, I realized they had snatched like 1000 of my points! And to top it off, none of my purchases from this year are showing up in my rewards or order history! I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but they were absolutely useless. Ugh, so frustrating!
Returned product
I ordered something online and when it arrived, I didn't like it at all. I returned it immediately, but you know what? I haven't gotten my refund yet! I've been waiting for months and I keep bothering the company, but they won't give me my money back. And now they're saying they can't refund me because I closed the account I used to pay. Really? Why can't they just refund me already? Ugh.
Products out of stock in-store, ordered online
I bought some makeup online because the store never has what I'm looking for. But then they sent my order with Royal Mail during a strike, so I had to wait forever! I requested a different courier or a refund, but they sent it with Royal Mail AGAIN during another strike. I won't be shopping online again, definitely getting my money back!
Gift card purchase experience
I went to the store the other day to get a gift card for my friend. The salesperson asked for my email to finish the purchase, so I gave it to them, even though I didn't want to. Then, I started getting emails about their rewards program, which I never even wanted to join. I tried reaching out to them several times to stop the emails, but they keep coming. It's really frustrating and not cool. Now, I don't think I'll ever shop at that store again.
Eyeshadow palette
I bought an eyeshadow palette back in November, and honestly, it's been a disaster. They sent me the wrong one in December, and every time I reach out for help, I just get excuses about systems being upgraded or technical problems. They finally said they would send the right color in January, but now it's February and still nothing. It's seriously annoying and absolutely absurd. Right now, I'm on hold trying to get this super tricky product shipped to me. At this point, I seriously doubt if I'll ever actually get it.
