KN95 masks
I've been buying KN95 masks from this company for a couple of years, and let me tell you, they are one of the best around. The Powecom masks fit like a glove, and I really like the fact that they're the only distributor of them. Their backstory is pretty cool too. I had to order more masks recently after waiting longer than I expected because of COVID. I contacted their customer service, and they went above and beyond to help me out and speed up my order. Can't beat that kind of service! All in all, fantastic masks and top-notch customer service.
Black KN95 masks
Hey, I usually don't write reviews, but I gotta say, these black KN95 masks are legit. They're exactly what I was looking for and more. Reliable protection? Yep. Legit product with that verification sticker for peace of mind? Got it. Comfortable fit that doesn't hurt my ears after wearing them all day? Check. And these babies are durable too. Plus, the sale price was a steal. But what really impressed me was the packaging and how quickly they were delivered. Bona Fide Masks, you've got a fan in me now. Keep up the awesome work!
Cloth masks and disposable surgical masks purchase
I just bought some cloth masks and disposable surgical masks, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. They got here quickly and in great shape, even a day earlier than I expected. The packaging was solid, nothing was broken or missing. The masks themselves were better than I thought they'd be, and I feel good about using them. This place is amazing! I found some really great masks here that help keep us safe from all those gross germs and stuff. The customer service is super nice as well. I'm definitely gonna buy more from here. The masks are top-notch, especially with that extra filter. Even though we got vaccinated, the masks still come in handy, you know? Excellent quality masks
I am so happy with the masks I got from this company. They are made really well and feel super comfy even when I wear them for a long time. Powecom black KN95 masks
Got some authentic KN95 masks - they're the real deal. The sizing might not work for everyone, but they fit my small face perfectly. They passed the flame test and come in packs of 10. These masks are like gold right now.
Face masks order
I ordered some face masks a while back and I haven't heard anything about it since December 27th. At first, they sent me a pretty detailed email with the CEO's email in case I needed to get in touch. But when I tried to contact the CEO and got no response, and then saw that the customer service inbox is full, I got pretty annoyed with the lack of communication. I get that businesses are busy, but it's frustrating not knowing if there are any delays or problems with my order.
KN95 mask purchase
I am so frustrated with how things went down. I bought those KN95 masks a week back and they promptly cashed my payment, but haven't bothered to even say they got my order! I've sent them like 4 or 5 emails and tried calling, but zilch! It's so annoying! Everywhere else I look, masks are available, so why can't they just clue me in on what's happening? Their customer service is seriously lacking!
Mask order delays
I ordered some masks from this company and let me tell you, it was a mess. I waited and waited for my order to ship, but there were multiple delays. I tried reaching out to get some info on what was going on, but it was like talking to a brick wall - no response at all. Finally, I got so fed up that I had to get PayPal involved. But get this - right when I filed a case with PayPal, my package showed up on 3/1/22. And guess what? My PayPal case is still up in the air. Dealing with a company that doesn't give a darn about their customers is beyond frustrating.
