Leggings and a cardigan
I purchased 2 items that didnt fit the way I had hoped. They were purchased as 'non returnable'. I didn't hesitate on the purchase because I have shopped their catalog for decades and everything always fits great. I sent a request for a return on these two items expecting nothing back because they were non returnable items. Within 1/2 hour I received a response from customer service that they would gladly refund my purchase and immediately sent a return label. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore...it was so very much appreciated!
Order #1094423 - MIXED UP RETURN
I bought two pairs of pants online recently. One was from a popular brand and the other was from Boston Proper. It turns out neither of them fit me, so I decided to send them back. But, oops, I got mixed up and put the wrong pants in the wrong packages. Boston Proper actually gave me a call to let me know about the mix-up and even offered to send the pants back to me. I was really impressed by their awesome customer service!
Quality stylish clothing, sale prices
I've just always been so impressed with the quality and style of the clothes I've gotten from there. They're just perfect for a woman like me in her 60s. The tops and dresses I find are just so beautiful and never go out of fashion, making me feel classy and stylish whenever I wear them. And let me tell you, I can't resist a good deal, so taking advantage of those sale prices is always a win-win for me.

Boston Proper has a fantastic and fashionable collection for any occasion - whether you're hanging out, hitting the office, or stepping out for the evening. Their one-of-a-kind designs always make me feel special and self-assured. Plus, their customer service is top-notch - they're always there for me and returns are a breeze. I've been shopping there for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
Rush order delivery disappointment
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and usually I don't have any problems placing orders. But this last time was really frustrating. I needed my order to get to me by a certain date, so I paid extra for rush delivery. But guess what? It showed up after I had already left town. When I called customer service, the person I talked to was no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund for the extra money I paid for fast shipping. So, I'm sending the stuff back because it didn't get to me in time like I needed.
Wrong card mishap
I used the wrong card for my order and it was a mess trying to cancel and reorder. I had to wait 2 days just to hear back about canceling, then the canceled items still showed up 2 days after getting the new order. What a headache! Dealing with all that was so much work.
Gorgeous clothing items
I just bought some really cute clothes from this store and I gotta say, I am so happy with my purchase. The customer service was amazing - super friendly, helpful, and knew their stuff. The clothes I got looked even better in person than online, and the quality was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Sweater order
I bought a sweater online from this company not too long ago. But when it arrived, it didn't fit right. So, I tried to send it back. But to my surprise, they took out a bunch of fees from my refund - like shipping, tax, and even a fee for the return label! This was really disappointing, especially when they say they have "free returns." I shop for clothes online a lot, and I've never had to deal with all these extra charges before. It was just not a great experience, and now I have a bad feeling about this company. I think being open and honest is so important in building trust between customers and businesses.
Thick polyester clothing for summer
I bought some summer clothes online recently and they turned out to be made of thick, uncomfortable polyester material. They looked good in the pictures, but when I got them, I was bummed out by the quality. The fabric was way too hot for summer and I felt like I paid too much for what I got.
Unflattering Fit

Xmas gift purchase
I just bought two Christmas gifts for my wife in November. But when she tried them on the day after Christmas, they were too big. I reached out to customer service to see about an exchange or refund, but they said it was past their 30-day return window. And to top it off, the rep I talked to was really rude and not helpful at all. It's frustrating not being able to fix this sizing issue with the gifts. This whole situation has left us feeling really let down, so we're going to shop somewhere else from now on.
Bathing suit purchase
Hey there, so I got this bathing suit from here, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I was thinking of swapping it for another size, but then they hit me with an $18 restocking fee. Can you believe that? No way, I'll just go back to using Amazon where returns are free and easy.
Expensive items, poor customer service
I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about using this company - they are way overpriced and their customer service is seriously lacking. Dealing with their supervisors was a nightmare, they were so cocky and had no clue what they were doing. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth, they wouldn't listen to me or help at all, just kept giving me the runaround. My advice? Look for better options out there with both better service and more reasonable prices.
Black Jacket
I just got this awesome black jacket, right? But then I found out they sent it to my old house. Like, seriously? I called them right away and all they did was blame me and say it was my fault. I didn't want to deal with the folks at my old place, so I asked for a new one, but they refused. I'm totally fed up with this situation!
Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online and ran into some problems with their customer service. I called them a bunch of times, but each time I was put on hold for a long time with no response. I even talked to a couple of supervisors, but they never followed up with me about returning two items. The shipping costs for both getting the items and returning them were pretty steep - almost $10 for shipping and over $4 for returns. It was a hassle, regardless of how much I spent on my order. All in all, my customer service experience was disappointing and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Booteez
I got these really adorable boots from this store, but I had to send them back because they were too big. I waited so long for my refund, and all they ended up giving me was store credit. Then when I used that store credit on a big order and had to return something else, they just gave me more store credit. It feels like I'm stuck in this never-ending loop of store credit! And to top it off, you can't even use your rewards points along with a discount code, which just doesn't seem right.
