    Online order for a product

    I can't believe it's already been two months and I still haven't received my order. And to make matters worse, there's been no reply from them on any of their social media pages. They've taken my money and now my Christmas gift plans are completely ruined. This company is a complete joke!

    Ordered wrong size bottle

    I messed up and accidentally ordered the 750ml bottle instead of the 1 liter bottle. I shot them an email right away to try and cancel, but didn't hear back at first. Eventually, they said they were working on it, but the order ended up going out anyways. In the end, I had to place a new order for the right bottle, and they both showed up together in one package. So, I wasted money on shipping for the wrong bottle. Now I have to send it back and pay for shipping all over again, essentially losing $7 on a $17 purchase. I really should have checked out the reviews first!

    Water bottle

    So, I picked up this water bottle from that store and wanted to share my thoughts on it. To start off, I had a bit of an issue with their customer service. I gave them a call, but they told me to shoot them an email instead, which was kind of frustrating. After sending the email, I waited for days but didn't hear back. I even tried emailing them a second time, but still got no response. Finally, I called them again, and they asked for more details about my order. Then I received an email telling me not to send multiple emails because it slows them down. Well, maybe if they had just answered the first one, I wouldn't have needed to send another. Just saying. On the bright side, the water bottle itself is pretty cool!

    Two kids drinking bottles

    I ordered two kids drinking bottles and was supposed to get them in two days, but it's been two whole weeks and my package is still on its way from the UK to Ireland. I got a tracking code, but it's been stuck at LHR since the 14th. I tried reaching out to customer service for an update, but haven't heard back or seen any progress on my order.

    21oz water bottle

    I recently bought a 21oz water bottle from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super let down by the quality. The second I tried to use it, that bottle just started leaking like crazy. So, I reached out to customer service and you won't believe what they said. They actually asked me to send them a video of the leaking bottle, which I did. But then they had the nerve to tell me I needed to cut the dang thing in half and send them a picture just to get a replacement. Can you believe that? Asking a customer to potentially harm themselves just to prove a product is messed up. And when I mentioned my worry about safety, they straight up ignored my emails. If that's how they handle a lifetime warranty, I'm done with them. I won't be buying anything from them ever again. How absolutely ridiculous!

    I placed an order, but it didn't show up. Even though they took my money, I haven't heard anything about my claim. It's pretty frustrating and worrying to not get any response.
