Hand sanitizer purchase
Amid all the craziness about hand sanitizer being sold out, I came across Carethy and decided to give it a shot. As I waited for my order, I started reading the reviews and got a bit worried. Were they for real or some kind of scam? I decided to reach out to their customer service, and surprisingly, they were super helpful and answered all my questions. Lo and behold, my order arrived on time with those two big bottles of hand sanitizer that I needed. It was like a miracle in these tough times. I had to share my positive experience with a review, especially since most of the ones I saw were negative. Thanks to Carethy, my trust in online shopping has been restored.
Sanitizer gel purchase
I was a little unsure about leaving a review, but I wanted to talk about my time with Carethy. I saw some bad reviews and got a little nervous about buying some sanitizer gel. Despite that, I decided to go for it and I'm really happy I did. Carethy kept me in the loop with emails about my order and the shipping details. The product showed up when they said it would, even if it wasn't the exact brand I picked. I liked that Carethy was upfront about possible substitutions, and I'm happy with the quality of what I got. All in all, I had a good experience with Carethy and I'll probably order from them again down the line.
makeup for my mom
I bought some makeup for my mom from this place and it was amazing! It took a couple of weeks to get here, but it was totally worth the wait. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future!
Skin care products
My experience with Carethy was pretty disappointing, I have to say. I ordered some skin care products but ended up getting the wrong stuff. When I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, they weren't very helpful and told me no. On top of that, my sister also ordered from Carethy and never got her stuff, which was super frustrating for us both. I wouldn't suggest buying from Carethy because they don't really seem to care about giving good customer service or making sure orders are right.
Unresponsive customer service and delayed delivery
It was a really awful experience ordering from this company. I placed an order in December and right away things started going wrong. The customer service was terrible, not responding to my emails or helping me out. I even asked for a refund, but no luck. Dealing with this company was so frustrating and disappointing.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare stuff from the Carethy website last month, and boy was I let down big time. I placed my order on March 1st, shelled out some cash, and then...nothing. My products never showed up. I tried hitting them up with emails but got no response. How can they just take my money and ghost me like that? My order number is PHA-DE-2003011141032de and I want some answers for this messed up situation.
Refund not received
I'm really upset with how this company is handling their customer service. I bought something that was supposed to be in stock, but found out later it wasn't. Instead of giving me a refund, they only gave me reward points on their website, which I didn't ask for. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, but they keep ignoring my requests for a refund. It seems like they don't want to own up to their mistake or address their customers' concerns the right way.
Make-up set
OMG, I ordered this makeup set ages ago and it's still not here! I've tried reaching out, but no one is getting back to me. And now I can't even get on their website. I'm so disappointed, feels like I just threw away my money. Take it from me, stay away from them!
Vitamins order
I recently bought something from Carethy and man, it was a total bummer. I ordered some vitamins on Jan 27, 2020 and paid extra for fast delivery by Feb 3rd. But come Feb 1st, no sign of my vitamins. So I decided to cancel and get my money back, which was 188.87 Euros. I reached out to customer service several times to check on my order and refund, but no luck. Despite promises, I still haven't seen that refund. All in all, super frustrating and disappointing situation.
Hairdryer purchase
I made a dumb mistake buying a hairdryer from this company. Turns out it only works in Europe, not the US where I live. I tried to send it back but they wouldn't give me a refund, and then they straight up rejected the package when I tried to return it by mail. Their lack of care and crappy service is not cool. I felt like I got ripped off and I'll never buy anything from them again.

I ordered some hand sanitizers from this company, but I never got an email confirming my order. I tried reaching out on their website, but I didn't hear back. I was so annoyed I even wrote a negative review on Trustpilot warning others not to shop there because I was convinced it was a scam. The next day, they finally messaged me asking for the order number, but after I gave it to them, they still didn't reply. Dealing with this company is driving me crazy!
Hand sanitizer purchase during pandemic
This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people during this pandemic by charging ridiculously high prices for hand sanitizer. It's just wrong to exploit people who are only looking out for themselves and their loved ones. Hopefully, this company will see the harm they're causing and decide to do the right thing. I recommend staying away from them at all costs.

I recently bought some skincare stuff from this site and got shafted, just like plenty of other folks. They took my money but never sent the products. When I contacted customer service, they blamed it on some IT problem and said they couldn't give me a refund. It sucks to fork out cash and get nothing in return, and it's even worse when the company can't fix the problem.
Charged for items not received
I'm really upset about the customer service I got after I bought something on this site. I ordered back in August and got charged for stuff I never got. I've been emailing the company for seven months now, and every time they just ask for the same info again. Even after I left a bad review, they reached out asking for the info again, but still no refund. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing. I suggest everyone stay away from this site.
