My only suggestion is maybe offering free shipping to make the whole shopping experience even better.

I got this Fendi shirt from Carola Zeta and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the whole thing. The shipping was quick and the shirt came in perfect shape. It was also nice to get a discount on the price. But, then I found out that Carola Zeta isn't actually an authorized seller of Fendi stuff, which kinda bummed me out. Plus, there wasn't a receipt in the box, but it's been a while since I bought it, so I can't say for sure. I'll check into it and let you know if anything comes up.
Beautiful designer shoes
The shoes I bought looked just like they did in the pictures - gorgeous and top-notch. But I was kinda bummed about the packaging. They basically just tossed the shoe box in the outer box with no extra wrapping or anything. When you're splurging on designer stuff, you want the packaging to be as fancy and thought-out as the product itself.

Jimmy Choo Purse
This is a scam website and products are fake and not authentic. I got a Jimmy Choo purse for quite a lot of money which Carola Zeta confirmed was an original. It was barely used for anything other a credit card and phone. Less than 2 months later the state of the purse is so bad and falling apart from everywhere.
