Late delivery, poor quality
I ordered some phone cases back in February and didn't get them until 2 months later. When they finally came, one of the cases had 8 cracks in it. I was pretty disappointed with both the quality and how long it took for them to get here.
Tablet case and screen protector
The tablet case I got was pretty cheap, but it came free with a purchase from somewhere. The screen protector kept arriving broken, so I requested a refund. I wish the products were better quality, but Lucy from customer service was really nice and quick with responding to my emails. Big shoutout to her!
Free voucher for tablet case
I had this voucher for a free tablet case and I was really excited to get a cute cover for my tablet. I picked out this awesome blue marble design that looked really cool online. But when it arrived, it was actually more of a pink marble, which was not what I was hoping for. I contacted customer service and they pretty much just said oh well, each one is unique. I was really disappointed because it didn't match the picture at all. I wish they offered better choices for exchanges or refunds.
Tablet case, personalized
Ordered 12/5/2020. Tracking info states it was shipped 12/7 however shipment has not yet been received by shipper. It was supposed to be shipped in 5 to 7 days from order date. Cannot reach Caseable. Not happy. Was xmas gift
