    Sneakers Purchase

    I bought a new pair of sneakers the other day, and man, it was a total fail! I was so stoked to put them on and rock them, but as soon as I did, I felt something off. The material inside was rubbing against my toes like crazy, and it ended up causing a bad infection that made me lose a toe. It's been a real nightmare, and I think the company needs to own up to the damage their product caused. I'm pretty bummed and upset about the whole situation with these sneakers.

    Track Uniforms

    I knew that I needed to order track uniforms ultI thought its was going to be difficult due to the fact we are tax exempt and we needed to have ACH withdraw. I started a chat with a representive and they we so helpful. They helped with the tax exempt forms and send the ACH forms and our track uniforms are on they way. When most chats aren't helpful I can assure you that Champion Chat will get you what you need, Thank you Krista.

    Liverpool FC shirt

    I just got my Liverpool FC shirt in the mail that I bought a month ago. I usually go for an XL size, but this time it was way too tight on me. The quality of the shirt is really good and it's a great deal for the price, but I wish I had gotten a bigger size like XXL or even XXXL. Lesson learned, next time I'll definitely go bigger when ordering from here.

    Boxer shorts

    I ordered some boxer shorts in a medium size, which is my usual size. They arrived quickly and were the right size, but man, they were way too small! The elastic waistband is super scratchy and uncomfortable, and there's no stretch at all. I was pretty bummed because they looked cute, but they were definitely not comfy.

    I just bought 2 things, but one got cancelled. Was kinda confused about which one, but I called customer service and Monique helped me out. She was amazing - so professional, knew what she was doing, and super nice. Monique fixed everything real quick, so my whole experience ended up being good.

    Awesome portable generator

    This generator is awesome! Setting it up was a breeze, and it started right up on the first try. Plus, it's so lightweight that I can easily move it wherever I want. I use it all the time for camping or in case the power goes out at home.

    I made a big purchase on the website back on November 30th, but I never got any confirmation email or any communication at all. I tried reaching out to them through the site, but no luck. Even the phone number on the site wasn't working. Luckily, the payment was still pending through PayPal and hadn't been taken out of my account yet. I had to take off my banking and card info to stop the payment and filed a dispute with PayPal. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying.

    My experience shopping online from this brand was awful. They sent me random items when they were out of stock and didn't want me to ask for my money back. The customer service was just okay when I chatted with them, but as soon as I brought up wanting a refund or better help, they ghosted me. If you're thinking about buying from this brand, I recommend going to a store in person instead of dealing with their online mess.

    I can't even believe how awful my experience was with this place! I ordered a shirt and shorts from them a while ago, and they never shipped my stuff or gave me back my money. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they never got back to me. Then all of a sudden they said they sent out my order again without even bothering to check if I still needed it - come on, I moved months ago!     sweatpants for working out

    Man, that was the worst experience ever! I ordered these sweatpants online and waited and waited. It felt like forever! There were so many delays, and then they just straight up cancelled my order! I didn't even get a refund or any kind of explanation. Customer service? Non-existent. It was a total nightmare.

    Shirts ordered online

    I ordered some shirts online and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. The shipping keeps getting delayed over and over again, and it's taking forever for me to get my order. I have no clue what shape the shirts will be in when they finally show up. I am never buying from this company online again, unless it's through Amazon. And another thing, their payment system charges your account right away, even if you haven't actually placed the order yet. It's sketchy and just not right. I keep getting emails with updates on the shipping, but it seems like my package is just stuck somewhere overseas.

    I was really let down by the stuff I got from this store. The clothes were not good quality at all - no stretch and the fabrics were so uncomfortable. Wearing them was a struggle. They were so tight and uncomfortable I couldn't even handle keeping them on for more than an hour.

    I paid extra for the fast shipping so I could get my order quickly, but it ended up arriving late, even later than if I had just gone with the free shipping option. On top of that, I was annoyed to discover that there was no customer service support available to help me out. I tried looking for contact details on their website and even on their social media accounts, but I couldn't find any way to reach them for assistance. This lack of customer service really made my whole experience with the company pretty disappointing.

    Animated pumpkin purchase

    Don't bother spending your money at that store! I went all out and bought this big, animated pumpkin that talks for $38, but what I got was a tiny, light-up pumpkin that doesn't even work properly! It looks like something you'd find at a dollar store. When I tried to get my money back and asked for a return label from Customer Service, they just kept giving me the runaround. After sending 10 emails back and forth, they finally offered me a lousy $3 refund and said that was it. Totally not cool!

    'Misleading pictures on website'

    The Champion stuff I bought was okay, but some of the pictures online weren't quite right. When I got the clothes, I saw that the fabric was cheap and see-through in some spots. It was a letdown not getting what I thought I was getting based on the pictures. I hope they do a better job showing what the products are really like on the website.
