Fly Spray
NEVER NEVER AGAIN I ordered a gallon of fly spray on the 14th of July it never shipped until the 19th and here it is August 1st and still have not received it. Went out and bought it somewhere else and called customer service and was told I could not get a refund until I send it back at my expense. I will never do business with this company again. They are no cheaper than anyone else.
Blanket
Never again! Lost my blanket. Refused to send a refund or another blanket. When they finally agreed to refund me they actually just charged me again. So now I have to dispute 2 charges with my CC company. I’m hindsight I probably should have done that from the beginning but I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. And seriously their prices really aren’t that great!!!!! I ended up getting the same blanket off Amazon for cheaper with free shipping and had it in 2 days. Chics used to be my go too and I’ve spent A LOT of money with them over the years. NEVER AGAIN
Skid boots
I want to bring focus today to the amount of truthness that is in the products from Chicks saddlery. I have tried to order from more mass sights, and the results were far worse. I found Chicks to deliver the products with far more punctuality, and correctness! Chicks is a reliable, and well running horse product platform, and I would 100% recommend to anyone!!
