I've always had a great time shopping on Chicmi. Their website is super easy to use, they have a huge selection, and the quality of their stuff is amazing. The only thing I would suggest they add is inseam measurements for full-length pants. It would really help folks like me who always have trouble finding pants that are long enough. It's really irritating to buy something that you can't return and then find out it doesn't fit right. But all in all, I definitely recommend shopping at Chicmi for a smooth and fun shopping experience.
Great quality at great prices
The clothes and shoes were so good, and the prices were unbelievable. I just wish they had more sizes available, especially bigger sizes! The Chicmi team was amazing - they were really helpful and on top of things. They answered all my questions right away and solved any problems with no trouble at all. I'm definitely a big fan!
Chicmi purchase - Wild & Gorgeous
I just made my first purchase on Chicmi from Wild & Gorgeous and oh my gosh, it was seriously the best decision ever! The clothes were incredibly cute and such amazing quality. The shipping was super fast and the packaging was like opening a present on Christmas morning! I really hope that Wild & Gorgeous sells on Chicmi again so I can snag more fantastic clothes for my kiddos. Huge thanks to Chicmi and Wild & Gorgeous for totally making my day!
Faulty dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company and man, I was so bummed out with what I got. The dress was falling apart with feathers coming off all over the place, making it impossible to wear. I tried reaching out to the company to talk about returning the messed up dress, but couldn't find a phone number to call. Not being able to get in touch with anyone was really annoying and left me feeling stuck without a way to fix the problem. I'm really unhappy with the product quality and how they handled the whole situation.
Monica Vinader sale
I just bought some stuff during the Monica Vinader sale and let me tell you, Chicmi's customer service was top-notch. They were super helpful and friendly, even with tons of people trying to buy stuff. They answered all my messages right away and they were on top of things. Plus, my order came really fast, they packaged everything nicely, and they processed my return super quickly. I gotta say, this was the best customer service I've ever had.
Sample sale item return
I've shopped on this website a few times now, always finding great deals. It's super easy to find my way around the site, and buying stuff has always been a breeze. Last time, I had to return something from the Rachel Jackson sale 'cause I didn't read the description right. But no big deal - returning it was a piece of cake and didn't cost me anything. Props to the customer service team for making it quick and painless. Much appreciated!
Fall Sample Sale support
Chicmi really came through for our Fall Sample Sale! Their platform was so easy to use and brought in a ton of customers to our event. I was especially impressed by how quickly they got back to me when I had to make a last-minute change to our info page during the sale.
