Mixed feelings about Coach Outlet shopping experience
I recently made a purchase from Coach Outlet and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the whole process. I usually try to avoid shopping online, but the prices at Coach Outlet were just too good to pass up.
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth and I received my order within a few days.
The quality of the product was just as expected. It was exactly what I was hoping for and I have no complaints.

Oh my gosh, Coach Outlet is seriously the best! I found the cutest backpack and wallet there, and I'm totally obsessed with them. The packaging was really nice, and everything came in their own separate packages, but they were all really safe and secure. The quality is top-notch, like seriously amazing. I can't even tell if they're from the regular store or the outlet because they're both so good. I haven't had to return anything yet, but honestly, I wouldn't even mind because I love everything I got there. And those Coach Reserve items? Such amazing deals, I can't believe it. Overall, my experience was like a million out of ten, no joke!
Handbag and wallet
The ordering process was so easy, I just went online and placed my order. Then bam, got a confirmation email right away. I was really impressed with how quick and smooth everything went. Not to mention, the customer service was amazing. The employees at the store were super friendly and helped me find the perfect handbag and wallet I was after. The prices were pretty reasonable, especially considering how nice the products were. I feel like I scored some really cool stuff at a great price. Plus, the delivery was right on time and everything was packed up nice and secure. Overall, I had a really awesome shopping experience at this store and can't wait to go back.
Various beautiful items
My time at the outlet store was really awesome! I was so impressed with all the beautiful stuff they had available and the prices were totally reasonable. What's cool is that I actually found the online items to be even more attractive than what was in the store. Browsing the website was a breeze and I had no problem picking out what I wanted. On top of all that, I was super happy with how fast my order arrived - it only took less than a week for my items to come all the way from Florida to Indiana.
New purse
I bought this new purse from this store and I was super pumped because it was discounted! But man, it seriously took so long to arrive, like, weeks. And they didn't even bother to update me on why or when it was gonna show up! The tracking number barely did anything. I mean, come on! And they pulled this stunt on me right around Christmas time! I'm still waiting for that purse! It feels like I got scammed on Christmas. Not cool at all, man.
Bag and Wallet Set
Oh my gosh, do not shop at this online store! I ordered a really cute bag and wallet set, but their system was completely messed up when I tried to pay. I had to call to cancel my order, and the representative assured me it was canceled. However, I ended up receiving a shipping notice for both orders - so frustrating! When I called back, the person I spoke to was totally clueless and canceled the wrong order. Seriously, why are they even working there? And to top it off, they couldn't even fix the payment issue. It's been forever and still no refund processed. Just a heads up, avoid Coach Outlet online - it's a disaster!

I just bought a leather handbag and wallet combo from this store, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the quality. The products were top-notch, with flawless craftsmanship. The staff was super helpful too, giving me all the info I needed and making sure I was happy with my purchase. All in all, it was a great shopping experience at this place.

I was so nervous about ordering because of all the bad reviews, but man, my awesome jacket got here so quick and fits just right, like people said in the reviews. I haven't had to hit up customer service yet, but I'm already looking forward to ordering from here again!

I recently bought a handbag from this company, and man, it was a total bust. I got the confirmation email after ordering, but then a whole week went by with no updates on when my stuff was coming. Finally, I checked the website and found out my order got canceled without them even telling me! And as if that wasn't bad enough, I never got my money back. The lack of communication and sloppiness made me feel so ticked off and unsure about what was going on with my order and cash. I'm thinking about reporting these guys to the right people for pulling this shady stunt.
Purse and wallet set
I really wanted to get a purse and wallet set, so I went ahead and ordered it online. But let me tell you, it took forever for it to even ship. More than a week later, they hit me with the news that the purse was actually sold out, and I wasn't going to get it. They threw a $25 gift card my way to make up for it, but honestly, I was still pretty ticked off. I said forget it and told them to keep the gift card, then I just bought my purse and wallet from a different place. I ain't ever trusting them again!
Bag with faulty stitching
I got this bag from the Ashford outlet this June, cost me £199. Only used it a few times before I saw the stitching on the handle falling apart while on vacation in July. Talked to the manager, Dan, but he wasn't very helpful. He wanted me to bring the bag in for inspection and fix it myself, which didn't sit well with me. Even though he offered to replace the bag with another one as a "good will gesture", the same problem happened again after just two weeks. Dealing with all of this has been super annoying and I feel like I wasted my time and money.
Bags on sale
My experience at the outlet was really disappointing. I got some bags on sale and waited forever, like 15 to 17 days for them to ship my order. When I finally got it, some stuff was missing because they didn't have it in stock. It was super frustrating because they never told me. And then, when I tried to use my gift cards, my order got canceled and I had a hard time getting my money back. The gift cards were messed up, and the customer service was not helpful at all. Even though I spent a lot of money at Coach, I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer because of all the problems I had to deal with.
Leather crossbody bag
My trip to the Coach Outlet was a letdown for sure. I bought a leather crossbody bag and had to wait a long 20 days for it to show up. The customer service folks I talked to weren't much help and didn't even seem to know much about what they were selling. After waiting around for 6 days with no updates, I had to ask for my money back. It was strange that I never got an email confirming the refund, and to top it off, a week later, they charged my card again with no explanation. The total lack of communication and organization really got on my nerves and made me wonder if this company knows what they're doing.
Christmas gift
I'm really let down by my recent experience ordering a Christmas gift from this store. I placed my order on November 28th, thinking I was good to go for Christmas. But when I checked on December 18th, turns out the item was sold out. Now I was stuck trying to find a replacement gift with the holiday closing in fast. Their response was just a sorry and a 10% off a different item, which didn't help at all since none of the other options caught my eye. I've been calling and chatting online for the past 10 days, with each agent telling me my order would make it in time for Christmas. It took me going to a supervisor to find out the truth. The lack of honesty and the bad customer service in this situation really bums me out.

My recent experience with ordering online from this store was a total letdown. I bought something, but it never showed up. I tried getting help from customer service, but all I got were unhelpful responses and no solution. It's been more than two weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back for the item that never came.<br><br>I've asked for a refund several times, but they keep telling me I need to send the item back first. It's frustrating because I never even got the item in the first place. Their lack of responsibility and refusal to get a manager involved shows how bad their customer service really is.<br><br>My overall experience with this store was a total disaster. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shopping. I had high hopes, but I was let down big time.
Wallet and purse
Man, trying to order online was a total mess. It was such a nightmare! I've never had any problems before, but this time was just awful. The website kept crashing, and when I finally got stuff in my cart, I couldn't even check out. I reached out to customer service for help, and all they offered was to place the order for me. Like, really? If I wanted someone else to do it, I would have asked! It was so frustrating, I couldn't believe it.
2 wallets
I bought two wallets from this store recently and man, I gotta tell you, I was really let down by the whole thing. So I get my order and there's only one wallet in there, and the other one? Just an empty box. I try to get in touch with customer service to get it sorted out and they were absolutely no help at all. They were so unhelpful, didn't even care, and honestly pretty rude. All they did was blow me off, told me it wasn't their problem and didn't even offer to look into what happened. It's really disappointing how they handled it, and I for sure won't be back there to shop again.
