I just bought something online and got a nice surprise when I got an email about a payment that needed confirming. They also let me know I could use some loyalty points for a discount, which I didn't even realize. The customer service was great and the stuff I got was really good quality.
Ordered a septum clicker
I ordered a septum clocker around the time of the 19th of July. It is at the end of August and still haven't received it. I contacted them and it took a few emails from them for them to agree to a refund. They said the refund will take 10 days to be reflected in my account. I will update if I do receive the money. They stated the have put the refund into my account so now I have to wait 10 days to see if they were bullshitting or not. I said if I don't receive my money into my bank account I will take further action.
If you want a refund be prepared to have trouble getting it. They try to stall you by sending an email saying to "be patient you order will arrive".
You're buyer off shopping on another site because this is just not acceptable.
It reminds me of wish. You pay for an item just for it to come late and end up having to get a refund anyway.Best shop for piercings
Been a customer of Crazy Factory since I'm like 16 I have always had a good experience. Never received the wrong size or color. I recommend the shop to all my friends and afaik they're all happy with their purchase. Other shops are much more expensive, but the quality is the same.

Honestly: Great piercing shop! I bought multiple times and got always pleasantly surprised. Best prices, great quality, delivery times are ok. Just need to be a bit patient.
Piercings
Ordered several piercings one year ago : material, price and shipment are good.
The piercings : 1 i could never open, The ball is stuck. 1 the jewel need a special stick/bar couldn't find it on the website, 1 is so difficult to put i wear it as a classical piercing at the earlob.
Even though i received the package enough quickly, i have contacted the assistance : the reply was always the same without to answer to my question.
Will I eventually order again? I don't think.Plugs and tunnels
It's been almost a month since I ordered and they say they shipped it on the 10th. Still waiting and they tell me theres nothing to they can do but " they will get there". Not helpful at all. It seems like there are a lot of people not getting the things they pay for based on the reviews I've seen. Don't shop here of you actually want to receive what you pay for.
I’ve waited too week already and I’m not looking forward to waiting two more for the amount of money I put in this company.

When i try to get in contact it taked very long to get a reply, and it's not very helpful at all. Cheao, sure. But this wait and absolutely no help is unacceptable.
