Vacuum and wet mop
I would love to say how much I like these products but I can't because I never received them. The products went pending on my credit card 17 times in a month, I received around 20 emails (never with tracking ...) but never received products. I called when I received an email saying my order was canceled. I was told they had no idea why my order was canceled and they could not reorder for me. I had ordered when there was $280 off a vacuum and a free mop offer. Customer service told me I would have to reorder online, I would have to find another coupon and the free mop was not available any longer. WHAT?!?! Terrible customer service. I have been a Shark vacuum loyalist for years, but now they are dead to me.

Please DO NOT purchase from this site. They don't actually regulate their meds. I gave my dog their heart worm medicine appropriately and she still contracted them and is now in a pretty serious condition because of it.
It sounds like the company is legit, yet the reviews reflect particular products. Heart guard ... NexGard are the best two that I use.

One Blouse and Three Dresses
Before ordering, I read reviews of the company. Most were positive. I was pleased with the ease of ordering. These items would be shipped from China. Therefore, the wait for arrival would be longer than normally anticipated. Ordered on April 26, the items were shipped separately and began arriving in mid May, with the last today, June 24. I commend the company for notifying me when items were shipped and providing me with the tracking numbers.
However, there are two reasons I will not order from the company again: the most important is that the garments are sized for thin women--small bosoms and hips. I ordered sizes one to three times what I would for merchandise made in the United States. None fit properly. Nor was I pleased with the fabric of some. While descriptions are accurate, the quality of the fabric itself for three items does not meet my expectations.
I would recommend this company to anyone with a lean frame who may not have a need or expectation for quality cotton blend material. I will not return the items since I would have to pay for shipping and instead, will mark the expense of the merchandise (thankfully relatively inexpensive) as the cost to learn a lesson about purchasing clothing internationally.Even if you're thin, like me, they do not fit and are very cheaply made. So disappointed,

this is a total scam, it's been over a year, and still not 1 item. but what trully makes me upset is they keep sending me emails after all this time. be smart don't order from this scam company.
Kathleen, Your review does not match the stars you gave the company. You gave them 5 stars on each category...Ordering, service, pricing, delivery. I'm sure you did not mean to do that, since your review is negative. Please fix the stars if you can, so as not to confuse people. Some just look at star rating and do not take time to read reviews. I just recently opened my pkg with 6 items I ordered . I was at hospital for many days and was looking forward to seeing purchases. Only opened a few they were cheapest material I have ever received in clothing ordered. I normally only wear a large sand then that size is usually big on me. Ordered a ex-large in all items they were all going to be to small. Not US sizes not sure where they are made. No phone number not a good indication of a reliable business. Submitted my return request today willbb be wait a few days for my return information in an email. If I do not get promptly I will contact better business bureau or any other ways available to me to get my money back. After reading customer comments about products and company very unhappy should of read first. Sherry Henderson
OK guys I too was scammed by one of these sites which are everywhere now, and so so tempting. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge I received every penny back.
Here’s the thing… whoever designs these online clothing items is sooooo talented because I absolutely love their designs! What a pity their quality control and customer service people are lacking . I would love to order, but because of their company’s incompetence , I will not allow myself to be ... in to this bad business scam. Thanks to all of you who have posted your experiences. Hope you have a better shopping experience somewhere else.

Cheaply made, and I ordered small and they were WAY TO BIG! I requested a return label and was informed I had to pay return shipping to China! Due to the expense they offered a 25% discount if I kept the dresses. Rather than send them back I accepted the 25% discount…which I’ve now received yet. Spread the word that this company is a fraud!!!
I believe this is one company with a whole bunch of different names. Their name changes often but it's the same SCAM - beyond poor quality clothing and sizing is a nightmare. Of course if you even get the merchandise you ordered and need to send it back for any reason, the international shipping cost is up to you - usually more than you initially paid for the clothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. Look at the bottom of the listing. See if they have any contact info besides an email address. There is usually no address or phone number and, if you notice, the email addresses are usually the same for all these SCAM sites. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES. MAYBE THEY'LL GO AWAY OR MAKE GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING BUT I THINK THEY JUST THINK WE'RE SUCKERS.

5 day cleanse
Never received- waited over a week, product never shipped. Customer service was just reading sheet. Couldn’t answer questions. I referred a friend, they ordered got in 3 days. I was told their batch went out first. How does that happed. I ordered 4 days before them!!! I’m still waiting. Cancelled order today, customer service Lori could have cared less that I cancelled. Just a number. I was excited to use this product but unfortunately poor customer service and lack of communication requires me to go elsewhere. For the price I expected better. Don’t do it!! You’ll wait forever for your product.

Having same issue. Keep getting the "it will ship within 5 days" response. Well today is day 5 and still shows unfulfilled. Now have to wait until Monday to call and cancel since cancel link can't find my order.
I had the same issue. Finally received my order 3 weeks after I ordered it. Started the 5 day cleanse yesterday. Too early for results.

Never received the products; they were never shipped by the company even though I was in contact with them by email. Their emails back would say that they are looking into, but I never received a factual response, just false promises. All I can think is that this is a sham company. My credit card company has reversed the charges.
Agreed!!! I purchased 3 bottles of Bellabiotics on July 13th 2021 and they took my money immediately but didn’t send the product out until July 30th. When it arrived the second week in August only one bottle was enclosed. I have been on the phone with customer service weekly and lied to repeatedly. It is now August 27th and I still have not received the total of my order.

Two sets of sheets.
Sheets suppose to have arrived november 11 2020 by ups. Told by customer service no service to file a police report. I shopped for various items and have purchased quite a lot from your company. I want sheets sent to me or a refund on my credit card. I am not a criminal and it is not my fault sheets never arrived. I have ordered lots of jewelry at one time and received all pieces at one time. I paid shipping and handling for each piece. I never complained about your company ripping me off on all the money you saved by over charging me on shipping and handling fees. I will stop shopping at shop lc and cancel my account out like I stopped watching fake fox news. I will encourage my family members not to shop at your channel and cancel their accounts. I will also encourage retired military, former military and active duty military members not to shop at shop lc. I will talk negative about your channel on Facebook and on Twitter. I want what is right either the merchandise or a refund. Repeat I am a honest American and expect your channel to be honest and deliver the merchandise promised.
Get yourself a lawyer fast ! They are doing this to everybody ! Shop LC is not an honest company…owned by Indians…that should be enough said ! I have never had more problems with a company than shoplc. They never let you talk to a supervisor, you have to be carefully about your refunds they have a way to refund less than what you pay. I’ve but bracelets that fall apart tanzanite has gone up so high in price and convince you that they have the best prices WRONG!!! I have seen beautiful tanzanite cheaper than theirs. I’m so disappointed with these company that I decides to stop been a customer. They do lie with quality, sizes and much more, eventually they are going to reap what they some sow. I have a lot more to say but I’ll save it for later. And I better get all my refunds and in full.

Throw and decorative items
Please do not shop with this company. First of all their prices may be low but their shipping is high and they also charge a separate shipping and handling fee.
The first item got canceled and eventually was partially refunded. The second item was said to be delivered, but it never was. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the USPS or file a police report. I have lived here over 20 years and never had a package stolen. The tracking seemed off too. The company took no responsibility for the lost package and refused to give a refund.She’s right, people ! These people are a deceitful bunch, they lie, they take your money and will find any excuse they can for you not to receive your money back with returned merchandise ! Believe her and myself…we are telling you the truth !

Necklace
I ordered a necklace on a Friday which is when they do the 9.99 day. I was overcharged and I cancelled because of it. Okay they refunded it but the same day added it back on as a purchase. Now they are saying we refunded you. Well that is true that they refunded me but they charged my card the the money again and I can't make them understand that. They still will not refund me what they charged me again. I have put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. These people are now taking money off your card without permission, in my opinion isn't that stealing? I will never shop with them ever again.

Necklace
ordered my wife a necklace for her birthday this Sunday. I ordered it last week and paid extra for 2 day UPS delivery. It’s been 6 days now and still sitting in SHOPLC warehouse. They do NOT care about customer service after they collect your money. Beware of shopping with them. It appears they are trying to compete with the big TV shows but their customer service cannot compete! After 6 days see their response to me regarding my wife’s birthday present 6 days after I ordered it and after I paid extra to ship in time for her birthday ! Sad
We are truly sorry about this inconvenience. Utterly disappointed in this company. I have placed my first order on May 8 (note: no Pre-order note was visible on the product page, I was simply informed that the product is not even yet in their warehouse after already having made the payment). The order shipped almost 20! Days after and now it is June 10 and I am still waiting for the order to arrive. The TKEES customer support and service is one of the most disappointing (or rather non-existing) I have ever encountered. I have sent a complaint asking to provide me with a tracking number and explain the delay and have never received a reply.
Today (June 10) I have emailed again whilst also leaving comments on their social and only then was graced with an impassive not even slightly apologetic reply.
The only thing worse than a bad shopping experience is the customer support that does not care about you as a customer lacking the “support” part of the title.
I will steering clear of this company and sincerely advise everyone to do so as well.

Ordered without knowing the Mia Napa sandals were backordered, checked in with customer service after 7 days of wondering whether the order has shipped only to be told it is backordered and offered a refund option. Responded to take the refund almost immediately but ghosted again. Have been leaving comments on their socials which end up just getting deleted (honestly, their social media team works harder than customer support). Did you ever end up receiving your Jo sandals?

I ordered from here and everything was delivered wonderfully. The box was filled with biodegradable foam peanuts, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The treats were tasty as well. They even sent a coupon with my order for next time!

It's been almost a month since I ordered and they say they shipped it on the 10th. Still waiting and they tell me theres nothing to they can do but " they will get there". Not helpful at all. It seems like there are a lot of people not getting the things they pay for based on the reviews I've seen. Don't shop here of you actually want to receive what you pay for.

Negroes and the Gun The Black Tradition of Arms
Highly disappointed in my purchase. (On eBay you have to wait 7 days to leave a review) but hopefully, this will help others. I took pictures of the cover of the book. The entire word Negroes was covered in a black magic marker and the bottom corner of the book was damaged so that the cover is peeling apart. I took pictures. Very disturbing given the current climate of this society. I would not have minded the cover but that was not stated as a problem in the description of the book. Wish I had read reviews of this so-called company before ordering. I will definitely NOT be ordering anything from them again.
