    I have bags ,expensive one but what's the point of having it if they are not going to fit under the seat. Its just really annoying to travel with these kind of bags. I bought the delesery quitted rolling underseat tote and this is what i was looking for. the bag fits perfectly under the space and still i get enough room. The bag is strong and also look good. the space is enough inside to keep my items and it can carry lots of stuffs . I like this one alot.It much easy for me to travel with this and i can carry it without worrying about these things

    I just had to reach out to eBags customer service about my trusty old 13-year-old MotherLode Medium bag that was having some problems with the main zipper. I gave them all the info and pics they needed, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised when they hooked me up with a shiny new replacement bag. The whole process was super easy and they were quick to respond and eager to assist. I gotta give it to them, their customer service is top-notch and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

    I just bought a travel backpack from an online store and it turned out to be a total mess. The shipping took forever and the customer service was no help at all. They promised the backpack would get to me by a specific day, but it hadn't even been sent out by then. When I tried to cancel because of the delays, the customer service was nowhere to be found and seemed unwilling to cooperate. And to top it all off, they told me I'd have to pay to return the backpack, even though it wasn't damaged. Can you believe that?

    Travel laptop bag purchase

    I recently bought a travel laptop bag from eBags and it was a huge letdown. My old laptop eBag lasted me over 7 years, so I thought I could trust them again and got the Luxon bag for my trips. But as soon as I used the first zipper, it broke off in my hand. The poor quality and lack of durability were really frustrating, especially from a brand I used to rely on. When I reached out to customer service, they just told me to go through Amazon for complaints, which made the whole experience even worse. So, I returned the bag and now I'll be checking out other brands for my luggage in the future. It's disappointing to see a company that was once great disappoint because of lower quality and bad customer service.

    I just tried to order something from eBags to ship internationally, but they told me they don't deliver to Canada. I was able to order to Canada last year, so I don't get why they've changed their policy. I talked to a supervisor about it and they confirmed that Canada is off the list for shipping. It's annoying how inconsistent and bad at communicating they are, makes them seem sketchy.

    Gift certificate code issue

    The gift certificate code I got didn't work when I tried to use it online. I sent them an email about it, but haven't heard anything back. So, I called them up and stayed on hold for like 12 minutes before the system just hung up on me. That's just not cool - it makes you wonder, what if I had a problem with something I bought?

    Wife's new luggage

    The company used to have great products and decent customer service. But ever since that bigger luggage company took over, things have gone downhill. I used to rave about this company, but now I tell folks to steer clear. Bought some new luggage for my wife, and it broke on the first go. I've reached out three times now for replacement parts, and each time they ask for the same info I've already given. It's annoying and sad to see how this once awesome company has gone downhill under new management.

    I bought something from this company recently and had a problem with the shipping. I was expecting it to come by a certain date, but it got delayed a bunch of times. I contacted customer service to figure out what was going on, and they told me about some shipping problems they were having.     I bought a travel backpack from this online store a while ago and it's been awesome. So when I needed a new laptop backpack, I came back to check out what they had.     Trouble with warranty credit

    I've been dealing with some issues with the company about my lifetime warranty credit. When I first got the credit, they told me I could use it anytime to make a purchase. But now, six years later, when I tried to use it, they were giving me a hard time and not answering my calls or emails. They said my reimbursement was being looked at by management, which I think is bad for business. With my background in business, I know this is not how customer service should work.

    As someone who's been a loyal customer of eBags for a while now, I've usually had really good experiences with both their products and service. But I gotta say, my most recent purchase - a luggage set - has left me feeling pretty let down. The tracking info on the eBags site didn't match up with what UPS was saying, and the tracking number eBags gave me was a no-go on the UPS site. On top of that, the delivery date that eBags said to expect has come and gone, and UPS has no clue where my order is. And to top it all off, there's zero customer support to be found - no phone number to call, and the chat feature on the website is totally busted. I shot eBags an email, but all I got back was a generic response talking about how they're super swamped right now because of 'peak shopping season' in March.
