    Herbal blend for heavy menstrual bleeding

    I tried a herbal blend from Elix Healing to help with my heavy menstrual bleeding that I've been dealing with for a long time now. Even though the herbs in the blend were supportive and Elix's customer service was great, the blend didn't end up working for me. I had to get medical help to deal with the fibroids and polyps causing my symptoms. I think Elix could improve by providing more guidance on navigating gynecological issues and knowing when to seek medical help if your symptoms stick around.

The products are fantastic, so I decided to keep my subscription going. But, I think they could do a better job of keeping customers in the loop about product shortages to avoid problems like this one in the future.

    My experience trying to cancel my subscription with Elix Healing wasn't great. I had a hard time finding the form to cancel it on their website, so I had to search through third-party reviews to track it down. It made me wonder if they were trying to hide something or just not making it easy for their customers. The subscription page also made it seem like I could cancel right there, but it turns out I had to go through email instead. It was pretty misleading and frustrating.

    I got a gift card subscription that didn't really fit what I needed, and then I found myself signed up for another subscription without even realizing it. I was pretty confused because they didn't make it clear how to cancel. It also took forever to get info on the gift card, so I ended up getting it way later than I wanted for Christmas. And then they said it could take 3-6 months to see any results, which seemed like way too long, especially since I already try to stay pretty healthy.

    Cancellation policy for the subscription

    Oh my gosh, I had the worst time with their cancel policy! It's like they make it so hard to cancel - they just want you to email them over and over. And get this, they don't even have a phone number, just a dumb form to fill out! Ugh, it's so annoying. I wish I never bought from them and I wouldn't recommend their stuff to anyone. Like, never again!

    I thought the product was kinda disappointing after using it for four months. And when I tried to cancel my subscription, it was way harder than it needed to be. Even after talking to doctors who told me to stop using it, I still had to jump through hoops and explain why I wanted out. It was frustrating because the company didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. Based on my experience, I definitely won't be signing up again in the future.

    Subscription, Cancellation, and Customer Service Experience

    This place is a total nightmare to deal with when it comes to subscriptions and cancellations. They don't communicate well about charges and make it super annoying to cancel. I thought signing up would be easy, but boy was I wrong. They didn't even send a reminder before charging my card again, and canceling was a total pain. I had to email them and fill out this long survey just to cancel something that should've been simple. The customer service was no help at all and seemed defensive, making the whole thing even more frustrating. Honestly, I wish I never got mixed up with this company.
