Unreceived order
I ordered something from this company and still haven't gotten it. I'm really upset with how they haven't been keeping me in the loop or letting me know what's going on. I'm gonna have to do something about this and let the right people know because this is not okay.
Dress not received
I ordered this dress online like forever ago and it still hasn't shown up. I tried talking to customer service, but all they did was send me a dud tracking link that hasn't been updated in ages. I swear, a camel could have gotten it to me quicker than these people!
Battery charger purchase
I just bought a battery charger online, but here's the thing - the tracking info said it got delivered, but I never got my hands on it. It's really a letdown to feel like you're being tricked, especially when online shopping is supposed to be easy and quick. This whole situation has me feeling annoyed and nervous about getting scammed again in the future.
Dress purchase for a party
Man, let me tell you, this online shopping experience was hands down the worst one I've ever had. I ordered a dress for a party and I paid extra for fast shipping, but it still showed up late. And get this - when I got the bill, I saw that they charged me more than the amount on the invoice. Not cool. Plus, I never got an email confirming my order, so that just added to the mess. And don't even get me started on trying to get ahold of customer service - it's like reaching the moon. The invoice is all in Chinese, so I can't even read it, and to top it off, the charges on my bank statement don't even match the name of the company I thought I was buying from. What a disaster.
Quinceanera dress
After more than a one month I submitted my order and waiting, none communication from this company anything... I decided to cancel it!
