Misleading advertisement
I just saw this ad for a Singer HD sewing machine going for $39.00. Sounded like an amazing deal, right? Turns out, it was actually an air purifier, not a sewing machine. Man, I was so bummed out and felt scammed. Lesson learned - always be careful with those super cheap deals that sound too good to be true.

Cute clothes online
Oh my gosh, I ordered the cutest clothes online and they never showed up! It's such a scam! They claimed it was delivered but it never made it to my house. I'm so angry, I won't be shopping with them anymore. It should be illegal to scam people like this and take their money.
Chunky cardigan in biscuit color
I got this chunky cardigan in biscuit color from that store and it was a disaster! The quality was super low, way too thin and not chunky whatsoever. Plus, they sent me the wrong size and color (it was orange and white, not what I ordered). I tried to return it but never heard back from them after emailing. I think they just copy stuff from other sites and make crappy versions. I'm never shopping there again and I recommend you steer clear too!

Knee Scooter for foot surgery
This service is terrible! I ordered a knee scooter for my foot surgery and they said it would be here in 18 days. Well, it's been way longer than that and when I asked about it, they said the package got lost. Sounds fishy to me, so I'm going to call my bank. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!
Poor communication, unresponsive customer service
I had a really frustrating experience with this vendor. They didn't have any way for me to track my order, so I couldn't confirm any details. I tried to contact them by email, but they never got back to me. When I called for help, they weren't very helpful and I didn't get a satisfactory solution. Now, I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered, which is causing me a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I really hope they can sort this out quickly, but if not, I'll have to get my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved to help me out.
Wedding attire purchase
I am really upset with how things went down with this company. I bought something super important for my wedding and they have been ignoring me completely. I've reached out multiple times with no responses, no updates on my order, nada. It's like my money just vanished into thin air. I had to go through PayPal to file a complaint just to see if I can get my money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, it's not worth the trouble.
Nitro Rollator purchase
I just bought a Nitro Rollator from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I waited a whole thirty days and still didn't get the product. When I asked for a refund, the company kept stalling and even tried to operate under different names. It was such a hassle that I had to get my bank involved because I had a feeling it was all a scam. Seriously, I would recommend staying far away from this company.
Misleading sizing and long delivery time
I ordered a top back in April and didn't get it until July, but I get it, things are crazy right now. Problem is, the top I finally got was nothing like what they showed on their website. The sizing was all wrong - I ordered a medium, following their size chart, but what I ended up with was more like an XL or something even bigger. Plus, the quality of the top wasn't even close to what I was hoping for. Just really bummed out and feeling like I threw my money down the drain. Would definitely advise anyone thinking about ordering from them to really consider their options first.

I decided to reach out to the cybercrimes unit and the attorney general's office to have a little chat about the whole situation. I don't play around when it comes to getting what I paid for, you know? And let me tell you, I'm not the kind of person you want to mess with. Remember, I used to be in law enforcement for cyber crimes. So, all you scammers out there, watch out. We're coming for you, sooner or later.
Never received order, no refund
I'm really upset with this company. I made an order and never even got it. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got no answer. They didn't even give me a refund. It's so frustrating to see businesses like this still up and running, treating customers like that.
Poor quality hair piece
I bought a hair piece from this company not too long ago, and man, was it a let down. The quality was seriously lacking. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they claimed my package got lost in the mail, even though I had it registered. I asked for my money back, but they refused, blaming it on their insurance not covering the loss. I feel like I got played and want to warn others to stay away from this company.
Misleading dress purchase
I recently ordered a white crochet dress online, but when it arrived, I was shocked to see a bright yellow linen dress that was way too big - it could fit a giant! Not only was the color wrong, but the return address was in a different language, which made it impossible to send back. It took forever for the dress to arrive, and when I tried to contact customer service, they ignored me and made excuses. In the end, I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Total scam, don't waste your time or money!
