Large order delivery delay
I just made this big order from this brand, and man, it was a total mess! I live in the US, so I figured ordering ahead of time would mean my stuff would get here on schedule. But nope, the shipment was held up for days, and they didn't even bother letting me know what was going on. It's so annoying to shell out cash for something just to end up waiting forever for it.
Wasted Money
The customer service at this beauty company sucks. I had a problem with a missing package, and not only did they keep giving me the runaround, but they also had the nerve to tell me to go hunt for it like a wild goose chase. The lack of responsibility and professionalism is unbelievable. I ended up feeling frustrated and ripped off. I won't be buying from them again and I'll definitely be letting everyone know about their awful service.
Highlighter and lipstick
Oh my gosh, I was super excited to pick up my highlighter and lipstick from the store! But guess what? They totally forgot to give me my free gift! And when I went to use my thick eye cream, the darn thing just wouldn't work, no matter how many times I twisted it! So frustrating, ugh! And don't even get me started on the customer service. Graylyn was so rude and not helpful at all. She just kept telling me to go to the website to return my stuff, even though I explained I was having trouble. Like, seriously, help a girl out! I used to be a loyal customer, but after this experience, I'm not sure if I want to make any future purchases. Boo to the new customer service, bring back the old crew!
Lip gloss purchase
I just bought a new lip gloss that had just come out. I was so excited to get it, but when I got my order, they sent me the wrong item. I know mistakes happen, but I was really bummed about it. I contacted customer service to try to fix things, but things went downhill from there.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare stuff from this brand not too long ago. Sadly, after trying them out, my skin got really messed up - like, it got all irritated and burned. My skin used to be oily and thick, but healthy and hydrated, you know? But after using those products, it turned dry, felt super tight, and was just like, totally burned. I’ve heard lots of people talking about how these new formulas could actually be bad for your skin, and I’ve seen a bunch of stories from other women who had similar problems. Some folks specifically mentioned that the Fat Water and Hydro Vizer products might be the culprits behind these burns, and I've seen a lot of complaints about them on Tik Tok. Even though my skin’s usually fine and I don't have any allergies, the pain and damage caused by these products have been pretty intense.
