    Dress in my size

    I was a little hesitant about buying from this store because I saw some bad reviews, but they were the only place that had a dress I liked in my size. I decided to take a chance and placed my order on a Monday. I got a confirmation email shortly after, but by Friday I still hadn't heard anything about shipping. I got a bit worried and reached out to customer service. They got back to me by the end of the day with a tracking link. It turns out they shipped the package on Monday, so not sure what happened with the delay. Despite the initial hiccup, I was relieved to know my dress was on its way. It arrived after 6 days, which was good. The dress was beautiful and fit perfectly. They have a return for store credit policy, so keep that in mind if you need to return something. Luckily, I won't be returning my dress because I love it so much.

    Two out of three items didn't fit

    I was really let down by my recent shopping trip. One thing I bought fit great, but the other two were total duds. When I talked to customer service about getting a refund for the stuff that didn't fit, I was surprised to find out they don't do refunds for full-price stuff. After some arguing, they agreed to give me a refund as a "one-time exception," but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm grateful for the refund, but it's not enough to make me want to come back again. I'd tell others to think twice before buying from this place, unless they're absolutely sure about the fit.

    Two dresses ordered online

    Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how quickly my order arrived! I ordered two dresses online and they got here the next day! I live in NZ but had them sent to Brisbane and they came so fast! The dresses are super cute and really great quality. They look just like they did on the website, although I wish I looked as good as the models in them haha. Big shoutout to the team at this store, you all are awesome!

    Disappointed French Customer

    Man, let me tell you, as a French customer I had the worst time dealing with this company. My advice to my fellow French girls out there - stay far away. So get this, first off there were these sneaky customs fees that I had to pay just to get my package because they only use DHL Express for shipping. And to top it off, the clothes didn't even fit right - way too small. And if I wanted to return them, I had to cough up the money for shipping myself. And don't even get me started on their exchange policy - gotta make a whole new purchase and pay for shipping and customs all over again. It was a total nightmare. Absolutely terrible experience.

    Shipped return with wrong address

    This company is just ridiculous. I ordered something and had to return it, so I shelled out for my own return shipping. But then they sent me a return label with the wrong address. It supposedly got there, but I never got my store credit. After 3 months of waiting, I finally contacted them and found out that the item was sent to a totally different address. Are you kidding me? How do they mess up something as basic as a return address? Totally absurd.

    The stuff from this company isn't the worst when compared to some sketchy websites, but they're still not that great. The dresses are kinda in the middle - not super cheap but also not top-notch quality. If you're in North America, it takes about two weeks to get your order from Australia and you might also get stuck with import fees and taxes. The dresses might not look the same in person as they do on the website, so you might need to get them altered. The prices aren't exactly a steal, but they're not exactly worth the quality you get either. You might be better off shopping at places like Zara, where you can get similar quality for less. The customer service isn't the best - they have limited phone hours and their return policy only gives you store credit, not refunds. When you think about the price, quality, service, and delivery time, it might not be worth it to order from this company.

    I bought something from this company not too long ago, and it was a total letdown. Instead of getting what I actually ordered, they sent me the wrong item completely. When I contacted customer service with proof of the mix-up, they did nothing to fix it and instead kept bothering me for more pictures that I didn't even have. I just wanted a prepaid label to send back the wrong thing and get a refund, but they've straight up ignored my requests.     Rolla's jeans in hard to find color

    I took a bit of a risk ordering from this place, especially after hearing some iffy reviews. But, I was on the hunt for a specific pair of Rolla's jeans in a super rare color that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I figured I'd roll the dice. To my surprise, the jeans showed up right on time and were the real deal. I had already tried them on in a shop, so I knew exactly what size to go for, which was a relief. The price was a bit steep, which makes me think they might be getting their stuff from other stores and jacking up the prices. I probably wouldn't chance it with an unknown brand, but I can at least say this buy was legit.

    Dress zip broke, tried to get refund

    I bought something from this company recently and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. The zipper on the dress I got broke after only a couple of hours of wearing it for the first time. When I contacted customer service to try to get my money back, they only offered me a partial refund since I had taken off the tags and worn the dress. That's not right according to consumer laws, and it left me feeling really annoyed and unhappy with how things turned out.     Delayed order dress

    I recently bought something from this company, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. So, back in October, I ordered a dress for an event that already happened. I'm still waiting for the order to arrive. At first, they didn't even give me the tracking info, so I had to bug customer service for it. And even after I got the tracking details, there haven't been any updates for over two weeks now. It's super frustrating not knowing what's going on, and it makes me think twice about buying from them again. And on top of all that, I can't even get a refund for the dress I don't even need anymore because of the long wait. All in all, dealing with this company has been a real letdown and hassle.

    I ordered about 9 beautiful dresses from them that I was very excited to wear. I can't even leave a review on the clothing since I never received it! Estimated delivery showed on the account as a few weeks, so once it got close to the expected delivery date I made sure to check my porch every day. I checked the tracking number to see that USPS marked the package as delivered on 9/22. I thought that maybe there could be a mistake in their system so I waited another few days, only for the package to never arrive. I reached out to Fortunate One a few days after and they refused to take accountability for the package that was never delivered to me. I don't normally shop online, nor do I spend over $500 on clothes at a time and I made an exception since I believed after reading good reviews on Fortunate One would guarantee a good experience for me. I am BEYOND dissapointed that this order went down the drain, only for Fortunate One to tell me to "check with neighbors" and that there are "quirks" with USPS delivery timing and packages being incorrectly marked delivered. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially being someone that works in customer experience and sales. Do not purchase their items if you don't want the chance of your money going down the drain.
