Bikini set for big chested ladies
As someone who's got a bigger chest, I thought I'd give Frankies Bikinis a try and bought a bikini set. The bottoms were cute and fit just right, but the top was a whole other story. The fabric was so slick, and sadly, my chest wasn't staying put like it should. It was a bummer to see that the top just wasn't made for bigger busts. I'd advise other ladies with a bigger chest to watch out for this before buying.
Cute bikinis!
Oh my gosh, these bikinis are seriously the cutest! I couldn't resist getting a few after seeing my favorite influencer rocking them, and they totally lived up to the hype. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the styles are totally on-trend. And to top it off, the delivery was so quick, and the customer service was top-notch. I'm definitely gonna be adding more to my cart soon!
Swimwear purchase
I gotta say, I recently bought some stuff from this swimwear brand and man, I'm blown away by how good it is! Yeah, it's definitely not cheap, but you can totally see why when you feel the quality of the fabric. They're going for that luxury vibe, and lemme tell ya, they're nailing it. The little details and the way everything is made is just top-notch.

International order, expensive
I bought something big from this company back in April and it's been a total nightmare since then. I paid a lot of money, but I still haven't gotten my order as of mid-July. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team through email multiple times, but they haven't given me a good response. The only time they seem to reply is when I publicly call them out on their Instagram ads. The responses I've gotten have been really unprofessional and not cool, and the problem still isn't fixed. They won't give me a refund or cancel my order, and they keep blaming it on some 'warehouse issue.' This has easily been my worst shopping experience ever, and I've never felt the need to leave a review until now. I seriously recommend not buying from this company, and I've already told all my friends to stay away.
One-piece from their "sustainable" line
I bought a one-piece swimsuit from Frankies Bikinis' supposed "sustainable" collection, hoping I was making a difference for the environment. But it turns out, they're not as eco-friendly as they make themselves out to be. Only one of the numerous collections they put out in 2020 was truly sustainable, and that's pretty disheartening. Their allegedly biodegradable bags aren't actually breaking down, which is a big disappointment. I really hate it when companies lie about being environmentally conscious just to seem green.
Swimsuit
I bought a swimsuit from that brand and it was just awful. I tried to switch up the color right after I ordered it, but no one ever got back to me despite calling three times. Finally, they reached out after it was already shipped, saying they couldn't make the change. The lack of communication and customer service is just not cool. Stay away from shopping from this brand, they're not worth it!
Bikini set
So, you know, we bought this bikini set from here and it was seriously the worst. The prices were ridiculous and the sizes were all over the place. My daughter needed a bikini for her trip and it seemed perfect, but it was final sale and we couldn't even exchange it when it didn't fit. Not cool at all. When we tried to return it, the person there was so rude and just flat out said no. Ugh, so not cool. Should've checked the reviews first, they were spot on, this place is not good. Lesson learned. Just awful, awful experience all around.
Strapless bikini
I ordered a strapless bikini two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times about my order, but customer service hasn't gotten back to me at all. It's really irritating how they're not keeping me in the loop and how long it's taking to ship my order.
Swimsuit
I got this really cute swimsuit from there, but I'm kinda bummed because the color is already fading after only a few times wearing it. I was hoping it would hold up better, but now I feel let down. The quality just doesn't seem worth the price.
Swimwear
I can't believe how bold this company is! They really tried to use their return policy as an excuse to not take back some items my daughter bought that just didn't work out. We were so surprised when they told us we couldn't return them. It's almost like they don't care about us customers, just want to make money. It feels like a scam and I'm not okay with it. I definitely recommend avoiding this company no matter what.
Bikini and one piece swimsuit
Hey everyone! I recently bought a bikini and a one-piece swimsuit from this brand that I can't mention. I was super pumped, but when they arrived, they just didn't fit right and the quality was not up to par based on the price I paid. I decided to return them since they advertised free returns, but then they surprised me with a $10 return fee and didn't even give me back my taxes! I contacted customer support and they explained that they don't give back taxes because they're an international vendor. Such a letdown!
Bikini purchase
I bought a bikini from this store recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The customer service was just awful - totally rude and not helpful at all. Plus, the sizing was totally messed up. The medium top was way too tight, and the bottoms were way too big. And to add to it, the material of the bikini felt super cheap and badly put together. All in all, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Ruffled Bikini Set
I have to say, I am really let down by the service I got from this place. The customer service was a total joke, and their refund and exchange policies are just ridiculous. I went for the fastest shipping option they had, paid extra and everything, and my package still didn't come on time - it took two whole days just to ship out, and who knows when it'll finally show up. I would steer clear of this place if I were you.
Bikini and silk dress
The bikini top was a bit tricky to put on because of all the straps, but I managed. However, the bikini bottom was way too big and didn't fit well, even though I got the smallest size. The silk dress I bought came all crumpled, and the neckline was too loose. The straps to tie over my shoulder were different lengths, which looked weird when I wore it. All in all, I wasn't happy with what I got and won't be shopping from this brand again.
