Delayed order
I bought something recently, but it's taking longer than expected to arrive. When I reached out to customer service for answers, I was told that there's a delay in shipping. They just said to sit tight and wait for it, which was kind of frustrating because I think customers should be able to pay when they actually get their stuff. This whole lack of communication and responsibility in the shipping process doesn't paint a great picture of the company's customer service. The shipping company responsible for the holdup should definitely be taking some heat for this.
The Emma Hat and Scottie Hat
I wear hats all the time -usually straw hats in the summer. I looked everywhere for a great felt hat for the fall and winter and stumbled on to GiGi PiP! I ordered 2 wide brim hats and ABSOLUTELY LOVE them! Great quality, great fit and the company was GREAT to work with. I'll be buying more!!!
