this is truly amazing and i am using it for eight to nine months.. Gilt is especially for those who look for a designer and fashionable options in clothing along with comfort. This is perfect for office or some special occasions. Hower i didn't used it for a normal day shopping, but overall i loved the items from here. , The handbags and all items are up to the mark, the quality is good, the price is okay okay for me
Apart from that, there are some really good brand which is worth the exploring, Also i love the whole approach they have , the clothes here are new in terms of designs, At least i buy it when i have some important days .Authentic products with fast shipping
I've been using this platform for a while now, and every time I place an order, I get top-notch products that are totally legit. Plus, they always arrive super quick. I've never had any problems with anything I've bought. Just a heads up though, some items are final sale, so you can't return them. But overall, I've had an amazing experience with this platform and definitely think others should give it a try.
Broken glassware, incorrect delivery address
Gilt really messed up my recent orders. They shipped my fragile glassware in the worst way possible, so both orders showed up broken into a million pieces. Then they somehow got the delivery address wrong on another order. And to make matters worse, FedEx, the company they used to ship, is also unreliable. When I called customer service, they just told me to hang tight and wait a whole week before they could fix anything. I definitely won't be shopping on that site again.
Designer handbag
I splurged on a designer handbag from this website, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare! The bag never showed up, and when I contacted customer service, they basically said to just wait for 20 days before they would even start investigating. Can you believe that? And on top of that, they use a cheap shipping service that clearly doesn't care about protecting customers' packages. It's like they don't care if I ever get my purchase or not. Dealing with this company has been absolutely disappointing and frustrating. They offer no solutions to help fix the issue, leaving me high and dry with no accountability on their part. Save your money and shop somewhere else, where you actually stand a chance of getting what you paid for.
Diamond ring purchase
I recently bought a diamond ring from this website, hoping it would be a beautiful and real piece of jewelry. But when I got it, I was shocked to see that it was a fake. Even though the price was high, it was definitely not worth it because the quality and authenticity were missing. I feel let down and fooled. Right now, I'm trying to get my money back, but it's annoying that they charge a fee for returns when they're the ones who messed up. That doesn't seem right and could even be against the law. People shouldn't have to pay for a seller's lies. I hope they fix this so others don't get tricked too.
Return and refund experience
I had to return something to Gilt not too long ago, and I've been waiting for my refund to come through for longer than I expected. The website said it could take up to 7 to 10 business days, but I can't help but think that's a bit excessive for a digital transaction. In this day and age, I feel like refunds should be processed pretty quickly and smoothly, especially when it's all online. I get that there might be some processing time involved, but the delay in getting my money back has been pretty annoying. I really hope that Gilt can step up their refund game to make things easier for customers in the future.
Good selection, auto-cancelled orders
I ordered a bunch of cool stuff, but I kept getting emails saying my order was cancelled! I tried different payment methods, called customer service a million times, and nothing worked! It was super frustrating, and I ended up having to buy everything somewhere else.

I reached out to customer service because I needed help with a designer handbag I saw on their website. Unfortunately, the person I talked to, "Cierra," wasn't very helpful and kind of had a bad attitude. I tried asking questions about the bag, but she couldn't give me any good info or connect me with someone who could. It was kind of a bummer to come across that kind of unprofessional behavior, especially since good customer service is important in the retail world. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what kind of trouble might come up with returns or refunds. Now I'm thinking about buying directly from the brand next time to avoid any unnecessary headaches.
Shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Gilt and it sucks, they were fake! I've been shopping with them for years and this really let me down. I contacted Gilt to let them know what happened, but they didn't want to admit they were wrong. It's frustrating because now I don't trust their stuff anymore. I've had problems with other things I bought from Gilt too, but they won't let me return them because of their policy. My whole experience with Gilt has been all about lies and bad service.

They jack up the suggested retail prices so that you think you're saving money when you're actually not. Plus, the checkout is all automated, so it's hard to double-check your cart before you buy. When I tried to fix a mistake, the customer service was no help at all. And on top of that, everything is final sale, so you're stuck with stuff that's overpriced and might not even be what you expected.

I'm so incredibly disappointed with this website. I messed up and ordered something that was final sale, and I regretted it right away. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. I called, I emailed, I begged, but all I got was charged twice and no real help. They said they couldn't locate my order, made me wait for 10 days, then finally told me it had already been shipped and was final sale. It's a total scam.
Fake products, unauthorized charges
I gotta tell you about the awful time I had dealing with this company. I thought I was splurging on a fancy product from a top brand, but turns out it was just a knockoff when I took it to the store to double-check. And to top it off, I found some weird charges on my credit card that I didn't authorize. This company is sketchy, for real. My advice? Steer clear of them at all costs.
Predire massage glasses purchase
My recent experience with buying the Predire massage glasses was a letdown. When I got them, they were all scratched up and wouldn't even charge. Made me think they were just a display at the store. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't very helpful in giving me a refund or sending me a new pair. I've never had such bad service from an online store before, and it was super frustrating.
