    this is truly amazing and i am using it for eight to nine months.. Gilt is especially for those who look for a designer and fashionable options in clothing along with comfort. This is perfect for office or some special occasions. Hower i didn't used it for a normal day shopping, but overall i loved the items from here. , The handbags and all items are up to the mark, the quality is good, the price is okay okay for me
    Apart from that, there are some really good brand which is worth the exploring, Also i love the whole approach they have , the clothes here are new in terms of designs, At least i buy it when i have some important days .

I've never had any problems with anything I've bought. Just a heads up though, some items are final sale, so you can't return them.     Broken glassware, incorrect delivery address

    Gilt really messed up my recent orders. They shipped my fragile glassware in the worst way possible, so both orders showed up broken into a million pieces. Then they somehow got the delivery address wrong on another order. And to make matters worse, FedEx, the company they used to ship, is also unreliable. When I called customer service, they just told me to hang tight and wait a whole week before they could fix anything. I definitely won't be shopping on that site again.

    I splurged on a designer handbag from this website, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare! The bag never showed up, and when I contacted customer service, they basically said to just wait for 20 days before they would even start investigating. Can you believe that? And on top of that, they use a cheap shipping service that clearly doesn't care about protecting customers' packages. It's like they don't care if I ever get my purchase or not. Dealing with this company has been absolutely disappointing and frustrating. They offer no solutions to help fix the issue, leaving me high and dry with no accountability on their part. Save your money and shop somewhere else, where you actually stand a chance of getting what you paid for.

    I recently bought a diamond ring from this website, hoping it would be a beautiful and real piece of jewelry. But when I got it, I was shocked to see that it was a fake. Even though the price was high, it was definitely not worth it because the quality and authenticity were missing. I feel let down and fooled. Right now, I'm trying to get my money back, but it's annoying that they charge a fee for returns when they're the ones who messed up. That doesn't seem right and could even be against the law.     I had to return something to Gilt not too long ago, and I've been waiting for my refund to come through for longer than I expected. The website said it could take up to 7 to 10 business days, but I can't help but think that's a bit excessive for a digital transaction. In this day and age, I feel like refunds should be processed pretty quickly and smoothly, especially when it's all online. I get that there might be some processing time involved, but the delay in getting my money back has been pretty annoying. I really hope that Gilt can step up their refund game to make things easier for customers in the future.

I tried asking questions about the bag, but she couldn't give me any good info or connect me with someone who could.     I recently bought a pair of shoes from Gilt and it sucks, they were fake! I've been shopping with them for years and this really let me down.     The luxury clothes on this website are way too expensive, even with the discounts they claim to have. They jack up the suggested retail prices so that you think you're saving money when you're actually not. Plus, the checkout is all automated, so it's hard to double-check your cart before you buy. When I tried to fix a mistake, the customer service was no help at all. And on top of that, everything is final sale, so you're stuck with stuff that's overpriced and might not even be what you expected.
