Loved that Gwyneth Paltrow x Phil Stutz article
I've never actually bought anything from this place, but man, I gotta say, that article with Gwyneth Paltrow and Phil Stutz really got me inspired. Usually, The New York Times makes me cough up some cash to read their stuff, but this interview was seriously worth it. It made me start thinking about little things I can do to make my life better, you know what I mean? And I'm just a youngin', not some fancy grown-up! But for real, give it a read, it's really cool.
Skincare products for sensitive skin
I've got sensitive skin, so I'm always careful when trying out new skincare stuff. But I heard some good things about these products, so I decided to give them a shot. And let me tell you, I'm really happy I did! They're gentle, they work well, and they've really made a difference in how my skin looks and feels. If you've got sensitive skin like me and you're looking for good skincare products, I totally recommend giving these a try.
Misleading information
I bought this product that was supposed to help with women's health, but when I looked into it, I found out that the claims were not true and could actually be harmful. The company is putting out dangerous info that could really hurt women who believe in their products. It's just not right to push fake science and unproven treatments like this.

If you're not using their skincare products, you're seriously missing out on some life-changing goodness. Their customer service is top-notch, always picking up the phone right away. I've also ordered some other things and I've loved everything. Thanks for making it so simple to be a loyal customer.
Candle purchase
I bought a candle from this company recently and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. I was initially attracted to the product because of its uniqueness and funny vibe, but it fell short in terms of quality. The scent got totally overpowered by the black soot that spread all over my room. Given how much I spent on it, I was hoping for a much better outcome. I eventually had to toss the candle and now I'm stuck cleaning up the mess it left behind on my furniture and bedding.
Skin care products
I used to love the skin care products I bought because they were really good, but lately, something has definitely gone downhill. The face cream looks and feels different than before, and it's definitely not agreeing with my skin - it's making it even drier and causing allergies. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on these products from this brand.

As someone who loves makeup, I was really interested in trying out this cosmetics line because of all the amazing things I heard about it. But, after looking into it more, I found out that the products don't actually live up to the hype and they don't work as well as they claim. I would suggest steering clear of buying anything from this brand.
Dirty Dress Purchase
I got this dress from the store, and guess what? It showed up all dirty and used. Can you believe it? I tried emailing them, calling them, even hitting them up on social media, but no dice. Now I gotta shell out to get it cleaned. Ugh.
Two tiny boxes
My mom ordered these two really small boxes of stuff and when they came, they were in this gigantic box, like, what in the world? The box had a ton of paper in it and was like 18 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches. They even threw in this little note trying to make it seem like they were being environmentally friendly, but let's be real, that's not the case. They easily could have just shipped the two small boxes in a much smaller box, but I guess they think we're not very smart or something.
Order experience disappointment
I recently had a really frustrating experience with the customer service at this place. I tried multiple times to reach out about my order, but no one ever got back to me. Emails went ignored and phone calls went unreturned. It made me feel really irritated and like they just didn't care about me as a customer.<br><br>Not only did I have no luck getting help from customer service, but returning items was a hassle too. Having to pay for return shipping plus not getting any response when I tried to cancel an order just made me more and more unhappy.<br><br>And to top it off, a lot of the stuff on their website was way more expensive than at other stores. The high prices only made me more frustrated with the whole situation.<br><br>Overall, my experience with this order was really disappointing and made me feel like they really didn't have my back as a customer.
