Awesome purchase
This website is awesome! I found all the info I needed really easily and buying was a piece of cake. It was just like how online shopping should be - simple and stress-free. Now I'm super excited to start playing my new game and have some epic gaming sessions planned!
Software game
Purchased a game today. Was supposed to go to Uplay to get it, well Uplay was replaced by Ubisoft Connection. Game is not in my account. Emailing support, at least 3 people have responded in the email chain but they do not even bother looking at previous emails. All just say download Uplay and it will be there. Screen shots they send out, I do not think even exist anymore. Tried calling, of course, cannot talk to anyone. Trying to get money back since I cannot get game. Support has been worthless so far. Will have to try to cancel through Paypal.
