Hanes has been my comfort wear for years
I can't think of any other brand than hanes for all my comfort wear, especially all the shorts, underwear and under-t-shirts. I have started using hanes by their underwear around 8 years back when I kind of get the sense about what to really wear.
I switched from different brands. I must say they are good but still Hanes has that extra ultimate comfort and durability which is unmatchable.
Their innovative fabrics are something won my heart over. I suggest peopel to buy directly from their website as they often has various discounts and offers. I was glad to have them online so I just buy stuff every month without visiting the shops. Well, online shop made me buy more things from Hanes which I hadn't seen earlier.
Like they have great t-shirts and other casual wear. It is perfect for just be yourself and be at home. They also offer customized products as well.Undergarments
As a customer of this company, I gotta say my overall experience has been pretty good. The quality of their products, especially the undies, is on point and I like the different styles they offer. But when there are problems like stock issues, the customer service hasn't been as helpful as I would've liked. They need to work on their communication and problem-solving skills. But I do have to give props to the company for those funny commercials. It's nice to see a brand that's not afraid to stand out and take risks in the market.
Underwear
I used to really love this company for their high-quality underwear, but man, lately their ads are getting a little too risqué for my taste. It just feels like they've strayed so far from their roots as "America's Underwear." It's kind of disappointing to see such a well-respected brand go down this path. Well, it looks like it's time to say goodbye to Hanes.
Undershirts, pajamas
Shopping online at this store was great! I loved all the different colors they had for the stuff I bought. The undershirts were super high quality, really soft, and even longer than I thought. And the pajamas I got for my daughter were so comfy, she loved them. The whole shopping experience was easy and stress-free.
Thin Cotton Tee Shirts
I can't believe how bad the thin cotton tees I bought were. This brand used to be my go-to for comfy, light shirts, but now they feel scratchy and heavy. They're so stiff and rough that they're impossible to wear. I'm really bummed about the drop in quality and won't be buying from them again.
Issue with product
The product I bought had a few issues, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super quick to help and made sure everything got sorted. They gave me a refund and sent over a replacement product. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and for fixing the problem so quickly. Thanks a bunch!
Multipack of underwear
I bought a pack of underwear from your store not too long ago. When I got the package, one item was missing and some of the others didn't fit right. I reached out to Customer Service and was pretty happy with the help I got. The person I talked to really knew their stuff and was able to fix everything quickly.
Slow refund process
I just went through the whole return process and gosh, it was an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service. Their policy of making customers wait up to 3 weeks for a refund is so old-fashioned and annoying. And to make matters worse, they can't even tell me where my return is at in the process. Every time I call to check in, I get nowhere with their unhelpful answers and no clue on when I'll actually get my money back. It's beyond frustrating to keep hearing "just be patient" without any real info or help. The way this company lacks communication and transparency is just downright terrible, and it's left me seriously disappointed with my shopping experience.
Recent online purchase
I just made an online purchase, but it took almost two weeks for my order to even ship out. They didn't even tell me anything about the delay, just blamed it on COVID-19 with a generic excuse. It honestly feels like they could've shipped it faster if a preschooler was in charge. All my friends have already switched to other brands like Tommy John, and now I get why they tease me for sticking with this old-fashioned company. Needless to say, I'm super disappointed and definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Bra return issue
I had such a frustrating time trying to return three bras that cost me $47.48. On top of having to pay for shipping, getting my refund was a real pain. Dealing with the customer service folks was no help at all, and the whole thing was just a headache. Now, I'm not too keen on buying from that company again in the future.
Underwear multipack
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from you. Firstly, not having free shipping is a big letdown, especially since most online stores offer it these days. Also, it was frustrating that some items were only available on your website, limiting choices for those who prefer to shop in-store. And including white underwear in the multipack was a major disappointment. Who wants white underwear? Assuming that everyone does is a big mistake. Lastly, not stocking size 7 for female shoppers is not okay. Good communication with suppliers is key to making sure customers can easily find the sizes they need. Overall, it's disappointing to see a lack of attention to customer preferences and needs.
Men's briefs purchase
I just bought a pack of men's briefs and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The sizes weren't consistent at all - some were too tiny while others fit just fine. The material felt cheap and scratchy, and overall, they just didn't match up to what I was hoping for. Even my daughter-in-law had the same problems with her purchase, which just makes me think this brand is cutting corners to save money. After reading some other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one feeling this way. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Underwear and t-shirts
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but I gotta say, the quality has really gone downhill lately. I bought some underwear briefs, and the waistband started coming undone after just a few washes. That's not cool when you're expecting them to hold up to regular use. And don't get me started on the t-shirts - they're supposed to be 100% cotton, but they feel more like polyester, all clingy and stretchy. Plus, they're so thin, you can practically see through them when you wear them. This just doesn't match up with the brand's reputation, so I'm looking for some new clothing options.
Comfort Flex Boxer Briefs
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while and I always thought their products were top-notch. But let me tell you, the last pack of Comfort Flex boxer briefs I got was a total letdown. The material was rough and felt like it came from the bargain bin, not the soft and comfy stuff I'm used to. And don't even get me started on the lack of elastic around the thighs - that tight stitching caused the fabric to tear way too easily. On top of that, the fit was all wrong with the waistband and cut not matching up. It's really disappointing to see a brand I've trusted start skimping on quality just to make a buck. This whole incident has me seriously thinking twice about buying from them again.
Comfy shirts and underwear
The shirts and underwear I ordered were pretty comfy, but honestly not as great as the other brand I got at the same time. I used to hear that this company was awesome, but it seems like they've lost their touch.
Multipack of underwear
Dang, I got this pack of undies and they were awful! They didn't fit well at all, some were way too snug and others were just off. And let's not even talk about how fast they fell apart after a wash. I used to be a fan of this brand, but now I'm not too sure about it.
